Effect Of Tiaopingkang Tablets On Plasma Levels Of5-HT,E And NE In Hypertensive Patients With Anxiety

ObjectiveTo observe the effect and improvement in plasma norepinephrine, epinephrine,5-hydroxytryptamine of TiaoPingkang Tablets on treating the patients with hypertension and anxiety symptoms. Try to reveal the mechanism of lowing blood pressure and alleviating anxiety symptoms.MethodsUsing randomized parallel controlled trial study method, we collected62patients with hypertension and anxiety symptoms that met the study requirements from Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine, First Affiliated Hospital, inpatient and outpatient of Cardiovascular Division. The Patients were divided into two groups randomly:treatment group (Tiaopingkang Tablet plus amlodipine besylate Tablets28cases) and control group (Placebo tablets and amlodipine besylate Tablets34cases), all the patients accepted the treatment for28days. By observing the difference in clinical symptoms, blood pressure, clinical symptoms of score, anxiety symptom scores, quality of life score, plasma NE, E,5-HT and safety of two groups before and after treatment, evaluate the treatment effect and explore the mechanism of TiaoPingkang Tablet.ResultsThe effect of on blood pressure:The total effective rate of treatment group is85.7%, and the total effective rate of control group is70.5%. The effect of alleviating the clinical symptoms:the total effective rate of treatment group is96.4%, and the total effective rate of control group is58.8%. The score of the Hamilton points and the quality of life points of two grous, it was significant difference too(P<0.05). The plasma levels of NE, E,5-HT in hypertensive patients were significantly reduced (P<0.01). The plasma levels of5-HT in Tiaopingkang tablets plus amiodipine bcsylate treatment group were also significantly lower than the levels in amiodipine besylate treatment control group (P<0.05). Furthermore, the plasma levels of NE and E in hypertensive patients were both significantly reduced (P<0.05) after Tiaopingkang tablets plus amiodipine besylate treatment.ConclusionTiaopingkang tablets can not only lower synergistic blood pressure more effectively, but also alleviate anxiety in patients more remarkable and improve the quality of life. Tiaopingkang tablets is a reliable, safe and effective drug. The mechanism of lowing blood pressure and alleviating anxiety symptoms maybe comes from the reduce of the levels of5-HT, E, NE.
