Objective:To investigate the clinical significance of the level of plasma D-Dimer in patients with different diseases. Method:The plasma D-Dimer level was measured by turbidimetric immunoassay. in 59 cases of normal population (control group) and 499 cases of patients with CHD, Hypertension, and Type 2 diabete (study group), the results of D-Dimer in nine groups were compared. Result:(1)The comparation of the levels of plasma D-Dimer in patients with hypertension:â‘ The levels of D-Dimer in stageâ…¢Hypertension were apparently higher than those in control group, stageâ… and stageâ…¡Hypertension (P<0.05).â‘¡The levels of D-Dimer in stageâ… Hypertension were not significantly different in control group and stageâ…¡Hypertension(P>0.05);â‘¢The levels of D-Dimer in stageâ…¡Hypertension were significantly different in control group (P<0.05);â‘£The average levels of D-Dimer in the three groups of patients with hypertension were higher than that in control group. (2)The comparation of the levels of plasma D-Dimer in patients with Type 2 diabete:â‘ The levels of D-Dimer in the second group of patients with Type 2 diabete were apparently higher than those in control group and the first group (P<0.05).â‘¡The first group of patients with Type 2 diabete were not significantly different in control group(P>0.05);â‘¢The average levels of D-Dimer in the two groups of patients with Type 2 diabete were higher than that in control group. (3)The comparation of the levels of plasma D-Dimer in patients with coronary Heart disease(CHD):â‘ The levels of D-Dimer in the patients with unstable angina pectoris(UAP) and acute myocardial infarction(AMI) were apparently higher than those in control group and stable angina pectoris(SAP) (P<0.05).â‘¡The levels of D-Dimer in the patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI) were apparently higher than those in unstable angina pectoris(UAP) (P<0.05).â‘¢The patients with stable angina pectoris(SAP) were not significantly different in control group (.P>0.05);â‘£The average levels of D-Dimer in the three groups of patients with CHD were higher than that in control group. Conclusion:(1)The measurement of plasma D-Dimer level in patients with stageâ…¡and stageâ…¢Hypertension is valuable for its early diagnosis and the screening of the change of the disease; The plasma D-Dimer level in patients with the stageâ…¢Hypertension group of patients is more useful for its early diagnosis than the stageâ…¡Hypertension group of patients; The measurement of plasma D-Dimer level in patients with stage I Hypertension is not useful for its early diagnosis, but it can direct the change of the disease. (2) The plasma D-Dimer level in patients with the second group of patients with Type 2 diabete is valuable for its early diagnosis and the screening of the change of the disease; The plasma D-Dimer level in patients with the first group of patients with Type 2 diabete is not useful for its early diagnosis, but it can direct the change of the disease. (3)The plasma D-Dimer level in patients with the UAP,AMI group of patients with CHD is valuable for its early diagnosis and the screening of the change of the disease; The plasma D-Dimer level in patients with the AMI group of patients is more useful for its early diagnosis than the UAP group of patients; The plasma D-Dimer level in patients with the SAP group of patients is not useful for its early diagnosis, but it can direct the change of the disease.
