Clinic Research On Using Tiaopingkang Tablets In The Treatment Of Hypertension And Anxiety Symptoms

ObjectiveTo observe the effect and improvement in plasma norepinephrine, epinephrine, 5-hydroxytryptamine of Tiaoping kang Tablet on treating the patients with hypertension and anxiety symptoms. Try to reveal the mechanism of lowing blood pressure and alleviating anxiety symptoms. Methods Using randomized parallel controlled trial study method, we collected 60 patients with hypertension and anxiety symptoms that met the study requirements from Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine, First Affiliated Hospital, inpatient and outpatient of Cardiovascular Division.The patients were divided into two groups randomly:treatment group(Tiaoping kang Tablets and Perindopril Tablets 30 cases) and control group (single Perindopril Tablets 30 cases), all the patients accepted the treatment for 28 days. By observing the difference in clinical symptoms, blood pressure, clinical symptoms of score, anxiety symptom scores, quality of life score, plasma NE, E,5-HT and safety of two group before and after treatment, evaluate the treatment effect and explore the mechanism of Tiaoping kang Tablet.Result1 The component ratio of age, sex and anxiety degree between two groups of patients, the difference was not statistically significant by testing (P> 0.05), It was comparable.2 60 cases of patients with hypertension and anxiety, the effect of reducing blood pressure of the treatment group:markedly effective in 15 cases, effective in 10 cases and ineffective in 5 cases, the total effective rate is 83.3%, in the control group:markedly effective in 6 cases, effective in 17 cases and ineffective in 7 cases, the total effective rate is 76.7%. The effect of alleviating the clinical symptoms, the treatment group:markedly effective in 5 cases, effective in 16 cases, ineffective in 9 cases, the total effective rate 70%,in the control group:markedly effective in 3 cases, effective in 9 cases and ineffective in 18 cases, the total effective rate is 40%. The effect of alleviating the dizziness symptoms in the treatment group: markedly effective in 16 cases, effective in 10 cases and ineffective in 4 cases, the total effective rate is 86.7%, in the control group:markedly effective in 7 cases, effective in 18 cases, ineffective in 5 cases, the total effective rate was 83.3%. The effect of improving insomnia symptoms:the treatment group:markedly effective in 7 cases, effective in 18 cases and ineffective in 5 cases, the total effective rate is 83.3%, in the control group:markedly effective in 6 cases, effective in 18 cases, ineffective in 6 cases, total effective rate is 80%. The score of the Hamilton points, quality of life points of two groups before and after treatment contrasted, it was significantly different,between the two groups, it was significant differences too. The plasma NE,5-HT, E concentration of the two groups before and after treatment in contrast, it was significantly different, between the two groups, it was significantly different too.3 During the period of treatment,the patients did not have adverse reactions and side effects, compared to the results of blood routin, liver and kidney function before and after treatment, it was not significant difference.Conclusions1 Tiaopingkang Tablet is made of Guangzhou University of Chinese medicines. It has the following effects:Nourish liver and kidney, Nourish Yin and suppress sthenic Yang, Tranquilization and active blood, Yin and Yang for balance. It can not only lower synergistic blood pressure more effectively, but also alleviate anxiety in patients more remarkable.2 The statistical analysis shows, treatment group was significantly better than the control group in alleviating the clinical symptoms, reducing anxiety and improving the quality of life. It improved the patient's plasma NE, E,5-HT concentration more effectively, which provides a theory for explaining the effect of Tiaopingkang Tablets in the treatment of the patients with hypertension and anxiety symptoms.3 Tiaopingkang Tablet is a reliable, safe and effective drugs, it deserves a large-scale clinical research and more detailed pharmacological studies.
