ObjectiveThe objective is to survey resistant hypertension syndromes distribution rule.MethodsThis study through literature review system collection resistant hypertension syndromes, and reference authority standards and experts advisory argumentation, statistical analysis of the distribution of the syndrome, and in Ersha hospital of Guangdong TCM hospital cardiovascular department resistant hypertension syndromes survey. These disease is the main symptoms/signs. There are24kinds of tongue syndromes. There are16kinds of pulse syndromes.Clinical study TCM symptoms distribution:dizzy, stay, be agitated, irritability, red face, mouth bitter, god weary force, dry mouth thirsty think drinks, insomnia, tinnitus, headache and16kinds of symptoms/signs frequency of25%or more. Among them with dizzy, stay, fidgety irritability, three of disease than are a more than50%; Red face, mouth bitter, god weary force, dry mouth thirsty think drinks, insomnia, ringing in the ears of six disease than a second, by more than35%. Tongue fat, moss yellow, tongue light, tongue edge tooth marks, moss thick greasy, eight kinds of tongue like frequency of25%or more.
