Therefore, the disease may belong to Chinese medicine,"acid reflux""noisy""Chest". Its pathophysiological mechanism closely linked to the lower esophageal sphincter and distal esophageal body motility disfunction.The treatment to GERD, on the Western main is antisecretory, prokinetic drugs are combined. TCM is mainly two methods of dialectical therapy and basic addition and subtraction.Objective:This project aims to research the mechanism of heweijiangni prescript ion on Hepatogastric swelter GERD patients with a short-term mechanism, th rough observing the changes on EGG, esophageal motility, esophageal acid reflux, endoscopy, after GERD patients have a course of treatment, and through comparing with the western medicine group with PPI, Western medi cine together traditional Chinese medicine group to explore effective, in expensive, and the minimal side effects of treatment methods, and active ly explore new methods of medical treatment for GERDMethods:All patients are arranged respectively to each treatment group (group3, n=30) according to the random number, for the Chinese medicine group, western medicine group, the WM group. During the treatment, everyone cannot take other acid-suppressing drugs and promote gastrointestinal motility drugs, cannot eat any spicy food, cannot take alcohol and tobacco. The treatment is long for a month. In the baseline period (before treatment), all patients should take the examinations such as endoscopy, symptom scores, EGG, esophageal motility, acid determination. and then carry out the review of these indicators When the withdrawal after a week without NERD patients, Again symptoms three months later.Result:After treatment, esophageal motility, gastric electrical parameters, symptom score significantly higher than before treatment, acid reflux index decreased significantly. Group after treatment than before treatment was statistically significant (P<0.05), after treatment between the three groups, the combined group of Chinese and Western medicine compares with traditional Chinese medicine group and WM group, have a statistically significance (P<0.05), the Chinese Medicine compares with the western medicine group, have no significance (P>0.05)Conelusion:Heweijiangni formula can improve the symptoms and quality of life of patients with GERD significantly. The mechanism is:Heweijiangni formula can elevate the esophageal peristalsis and the pressure of the lower esophageal sphincter, improve gastric motility and improve gastric emptying, and significantly reduce acid reflux and reduce esophageal acid exposure time.
