The Clinical Study On Bo’s Abdominal Acupunture Therapy Of The Metabolic Syndrome On The Initial Stage

ObjectivesThe article aims to confirm the curative effect on the metabol ic syndrome of Bo’s abdominal acupunture which was used in this study to treat patients with the metabolic syndrome in the early stage., Hope to supply new strategy for clinic treatment on MS,and provide clinical evidence for Bo’s abdominal acupunture therapy.MethodsIn this study, a prospective randomized controlled clinical trials, the Guangdong Provincial Hospital Medical Center and acupuncture clinic to meet the diagnostic criteria and the criteria for inclusion were60cases of abdominal acupuncture for treatment and control groups, randomized, controlled clinical practice, divided into lifestyle intervention+abdominal acupuncture for treatment, the treatment group and control group only to the lifestyle intervention and3months of treatment cycles, before and after treatment and between the two groups in patients with waist circumference, lipid metabolism levels.Result(1) the two groups after the intervention change in waist circumference, high density lipoprotein, triglycerides improve the situation significantly different, the therapeutic effect of abdominal acupuncture group than the control group (P<0.05).(2) Change of the control group, waist circumference, high-density lipoprotein, triglycerides improve the situation than before the intervention, significant difference (P<0.05).(3) After treatment, the secondary indicators of blood pressure, fasting blood glucose over the previous also improved to some extent, the treatment group than the control group (P<0.05). Two sets of cholesterol, low density lipoprotein levels than before the intervention significantly improved, hut the two groups to improve the situation there was no significant difference in future research to be further evaluation.Conelusion(1) Bo’s abdominal acupuncture for treatment can be significantly improved in patients with metabolic syndrome waist circumference, high-density lipoprotein, triglycerides and other indicators, the role of the treatment of metabolic syndrome;(2) Lifestyle interventions including diet and exercise to correct on the basis of treatment of metabolic syndrome.
