| Objective: This study is to observe the animal studies by Huang Su Xiezhuo pill on renal interstitial fibrosis in renal tissue transglutaminase(tissue transglutaminase, t TG) and urotensin Ⅱ(urotensin Ⅱ, UⅡ) expression, and to explore the mechanism of Su Huang Xiezhuo Pills and renal interstitial fibrosis.Methods: Unilateral ureteral obstruction(UUO) rat model of renal interstitial fibrosis induced by.Healthy male rats 180-220 g SD, a total of 70, according to the cleaning of the packet level modeling standard adaptive feeding for one week, were randomly divided into five groups, namely the control group, sham operation group, model group, particle Niaoduqing group, Su Huang Xiezhuo pill groups of 14. After the modeling confirmed, Niaoduqing particle group and Su Huang Xiezhuo administered pill group observed 28 days, sham group, model group were given the same amount of distilled water, was detected by immunohistochemistry in renal tissue of rats UⅡ, t TG of expression.Results: Su Huang Xiezhuo pill group and Niaoduqing granule urea nitrogen and serum creatinine values decrease, there was a significant difference(P <0.05) compared with the model group; Su Huang Xiezhuo pill can lower interstitial fibrosis in rats t TG expression of renal tissue, compared with model group was statistically significant(P <0.05); Su Huang Xiezhuo pill can reduce renal interstitial fibrosis in renal tissue UⅡ expression compared with model group were significantly different(P <0.05).Conclusion: Su Huang Xiezhuo pill can reduce renal blood creatinine, blood urea nitrogen value interstitial fibrosis, enabling renal interstitial fibrosis in rats t TG, reducing the expression UⅡ thus renal interstitial fibrosis progress. |
