Post Performance Salary Mechanism (PPSM) was operated in institutional organizations in July2006. Public hospital is an important part of institutional organizations; moreover, it also has some particularity in the aspect of impacts on the development of public hospitals in lots of ways. The operation effects of position performance salary mechanism for the past five years need to be evaluated comprehensively and objectively.In china academic, most of salary policy researches in public hospitals tend to incentive mechanism and performance appraisal. The related researches in other country mainly focus on identifying the index system of salary or wage standard and procedures of performance management. The research on effects of PPSM is very less, especially on the the negative and potential long-term impact to development of public hospital. Meanwhile, there is not any evaluation system on PPSM for municipal public hospital.This thesis mainly focuses on the effect evaluation of PPSM in municipal public hospital of Dalian. The research method is to setup an effects evaluation model and verify the goals of the PPSM with the analysis of satisfaction of stakeholders. To evaluate the pluralism-effects of PPSM in municipal public hospital under the interactions of related police environment, especially the negative and potential long-term impact. Based on research, the positive suggestion will be given and used as scientific and effective reference by municipal government on decision-making to improve PPSM effects and play an active role on the healthy development of public hospital.
