ObjectiveTo get the standard of the social assessment for the baccalaureate nurse through studying thedifference among doctors、nurses、undergraduate nursing students and inpatients appraising theeligible baccalaureate nurses,MethodsIn the subjects,350undergraduate nursing students are from Nursing College of HenanUniversity、Nursing College of Xinxiang Medical College and Nursing College of ZhengzhouUniversity;250doctors、350nurses and300inpatients are from Henan Province People’sHospital、The First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University and Henan Province TumorHospial and so on.We gave them1250questionnaires and got back1164efficiency ones,and theefficiency rate of recovery is93.1%.This investigation takes Likert Scale and questionnaire method.The assessment index consultResearch of the Indictors System for the Evaluation of Nursing Baccalaureate Graduate’s Qualitywhich is the master’s thesis of LITAO from Sichuan University and Nursing Educational Standardof The U.S.A, and get5fist-level indexes and54second-level indexes. The assessment indexapplied Delphi Method and consulted many experts who are engaged in nursing education ornursing management for a long time to get the indexes.We apply two methods to establish the quality standards for baccalaureate nursetalents,namely Methods of Frequencies(MF)and Methods of Means(MM).(1)MF:○1Eliminativeindex: among the last three second-indexes of per first-indexes,the indexes which appear in every respondent and still in the last three indexes after being added by frequency are eliminativeindex.○2Important index: adding all the affirmed options and arranging them by descendingorder,and getting the first five indexes from every first-indexes,the indexes which appear in two ormore respondents are important index.○3Core index: according to the rule of all indexes have25%core indexes,the first14indexes of the important indexes are core index.○4General index: amongall the indexes,the indexes except eliminative index、important index and Core index are generalindex.(2)MM:○1Eliminative index: first to arrange indexes by mean and standarddeviation’descending order, then among the first three indexes from every first-index, if someindex appear in every respondent,the first three indexes are eliminative index.○2Important index:first to arrange indexes by mean and standard deviation’s descending order, then among the lastfive indexes from every first-index,some index are important index if appear in everyrespondant.○3Core index: according to the rule of all indexes have25%core indexes,the last14indexes of the important indexes are core index.○4General index: among all the indexes,theindexes except eliminative index、important index and Core index are general index.Result1. The quality standards for baccalaureate nurse talents concludes8core indexes,14important index,40general indexes and2eliminative indexes.2.Among the difference of the respondents’ attitudes,there’re25indexes be of statisticalsignificance(46%).In pairwise compare,every two groups all have difference and are of statisticalsignificance(P<0.05),among which there’re5difference between doctors and nurses,14betweennurses and nurse students,19between doctors and nurse students,10between doctors andinpatients,8between nurses and inpatients and9between nurse students and inpatients. Conclusion1. When appraise the baccalaureate nurses, the society still focuse on clinical care which isprovided by nurse.2. Professional technic、moral quality and physical and psychological quality are theimportant criterion to appraise the eligible baccalaureate nurses.
