Objective:To study the transmittance of Ceramage A2B and Filtek Z350light-cured resin A2.Methods:8standard specimens of each tested material with shade A2were produced. Use the Lambda20dual beam UV/Vis spectrophotometer to measure the transmittance of each specimen.Results:1. The thickness and transmittance of Filtek Z350light-cured resin A2have a significant negative correlation (r=-0.849, P<0.01);2.The thickness and transmittance of Ceramage A2B have significant negative correlation (r=-0.968, P<0.01);3. The transmittance of Filtek Z350light-cured resin A2is significantly better than that of Ceramage A2B(P<0.01).Conclusion:The transmittance of Filtek Z350light-cured resin A2increases when the thickness decreases; The transmittance of Ceramage A2B increases when the thickness decreases; The transmittance of Filtek Z350light-cured resin A2is significantly greater than that of Ceramage A2B. |
