| Objective:This study was to investigate on the cognitive current status of nursing model t-ransformation and the existence current status of the nursing concept, analyzing the i-nfluencing factors of the nursing concept cognitive. The study also discussed develop-ing strategy of the nursing concept cogitive for matching the new nursing model, ai-ming to provide the reference for the transition of nursing concept and the smooth t-ransformation of nursing model.Methds:In the study, we selected400clinical nurses as a survey object from4GradeⅢ-A Hospitals in Changchun by the convenience sampling methods. The self-designed questionnaire was applied in this study. The questionnaire was consisted of generalcondition of respondents, the current status of nursing model and the cognitive curre-nt status of the nursing concept. A database was established by epidata, and the datawas analyzed using the statistical package of social science (SPSS17.0). The analysismethods of descriptive analysis, t-test, and analysis of variance and multiple regressi-on analysis were used to process data.Results:1. The nursing modes were the function nursing model and the holistic nursingmode of responsibility system in4Grade Ⅲ-A Hospitals of Changchun. And the fu-nction nursing model was changing into holistic nursing model of responsibility syst-em.2. The average test score of the nursing concept cognitive was109.71, it was atthe middle level in4Grade Ⅲ-A Hospitals of Changchun. According to the seque-nces form high to low, the order was high quality service nursing, people oriented n-ursing, holistic nursing, according law nursing, development innovation. These sc-ores were at the middle level.3. Through a further analysis of logistic regression test found that the main fac- tor to affect the nursing concept were age, high quality service nursing department ornot, participating in hospital training or not, and final degree.Conclusion:1. Holistic nursing model of responsibility system will be the main nursing mod-el in4Grade Ⅲ-A Hospitals of Changchun.2. The nursing concept was at the middle level and needed improving in4Gra-de Ⅲ-A Hospitals of Changchun3. The nursing concept cognitive can be affected by domestic seat、age、finaldegree、professional title、hiring way、clinical working fixed time、salary、learningrelated knowledge or not、participating in hospital training or not and high quality s-ervice nursing department or not. The most important influencing factors were age、high quality service nursing department or not、participating in hospital training or n-ot and academic degree.4. The nursing concept cognitive should be improved by improving the new nur-sing mode、strengthening nursing management and nursing education. |
