Objective: This study was designed to evaluate the curative effect of esophageal and phlegm combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced esophageal cancer and the analysis of related mi RNA changes, and to provide a basis for further study of the basis and method of anti-tumor mechanism in the clinical treatment of esophageal cancer. Methods: In this study,80 patients with esophageal cancer who were enrolled in the middle and late stage(?-?)were randomly divided into three groups: the group of physiotherapy and phlegm group(40 cases),randomized, controlled and single-blind study. And control group(n = 40).Paclitaxel 175 mg / m2 d1,Carboplatin(AUC = 5)d1,the course of the program, the course of treatment for a total of 2 cycles.PFS,OS,ORR as the main observation indicators, quality of life score,TCM clinical syndrome score, adverse reactions as secondary observation indicators to observe the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of advanced esophageal cancer and survival analysis. At the same time,9 patients with blood samples were selected, and blood samples were taken before and after chemotherapy for 2 cycles.According to the effect,3 samples were taken from normal subjects at 3 different times, and micro RNA microarray was detected.Differentially expressed microRNAs.Conclusion: Combination of phlegm and phlegm combined with chemotherapy can effectively extend the patient PFS,improve the effectiveness of the recent, improve symptoms, improve quality of life and reduce side effects of chemotherapy.Mi R-150-5p and mi R-5685 showed a high expression in mi R-150-5p and mi R-5685 predicted that the target gene set was significantly enriched in the signal pathway associated with tumorigenesis.
