| Objective:Through measuring vaginal local immune status of the normal control group, vulvovaginal Candida disease group(hereinafter referred to WC group), bacterial vaginosis group (hereinafter referred to as BV group), HPV infection group and the prognosis of above group, to understand the vaginal local immune status of the different lower genital tract infection patients, and understand of the relation vaginal local immune status with the different lower genital tract infection patients’ different outcome especially HPV infection; Studying the disease epidemiology of HPV infection and vulvovaginal Candida disease or bacterial vaginosis, to explore the vaginallocal Immunology mechanism of the other lower genital tract infection in the pathogenesis of HPV infection. Methods:The study is divided into three parts:1.The vaginal immune status of the different lower genital tract infection:follow the same inclusion and exclusion criteria, the detection of the normal control group, vulvovaginal candidiasis group, bacterial vaginosis group, and HPV group’s levels of cytokines in the vaginal lavage, assess the vaginal immune status of different lower genital tract infection patients;2. Follow-up WC group, BV group, HPV group’s different outcome, detect the cytokines in the vaginal lavage of above group, explore the role of the vaginal local immunity in the different outcome of the different lower genital tract infection patients espically HPV infection;3.HPV infection associated with the other lower genital tract infection:Grouping of HPV group,HPV combined WC group,WC group, the normal control group and HPV group,HPV combined BV group,BV group, the normal control group, studying the above group’s the disease epidemiology, to explore the vaginallocal Immunology mechanism of the other lower genital tract infection in the pathogenesis of HPV infection.Results:l.WC vaginal local immunity is Characterized by TNF-alpha increased,Th2(IL-4) decreased,IgE increased, BV is Characterized by Thl (IFN-gamma) and Th2(IL-5) decreased at the same time, HPV is Characterized by Thl (IFN-gamma) decreased, showing Thl to Th2drift;2.The lower genital tract infection subsided more performance for the drift of Th2to Thl, persistent infection occurred the drift of the Thl to Th2speculated that IFN-γ and IL-4as the lower genital tract infection of the joint monitoring indicators of patient outcomes;3. BV and VVC occurred in the incidence of HPV infection-positive patients compared to HPV negative infection and increased risk of HPV infection in the BV infection and infection of WC.Conclusion:abnormal vaginal local immunity lead to a variety of lower genital tract infection, including HPV infection, plays an integral role in the outcome of HPV different outcome.Joint monitoring of cytology, virology, and vaginal local immunization, it will provide a reasonable basis for the treatment of HPV infection for guidance and orientation. |
