Objective:To explore the clinical affect of treatment of diabetes peripheral neuropathy with peripheral nerve decompression diabetes, and to analysis the postoperative clinical effect, to provide clinical evidence for treatment of diabetes peripheral neuropathy.Method:31cases (56side) for diagnosis of diabetes peripheral neuropathy patients were choosed from our hospital among October2009and October2011. Under general anesthesia in nerve decompression of lower limbs, to film outside, bunch of membrane of the knee and respectively neural tube phil total nerve, malleolus medialis tube tibial nerves and their branch, phil deep nerve of foot back Open the reduced pressure nerve in the microsurgical technique. Observe foot feeling, two identify sleep, and pain degree, of lower limbs nerve conducti-on velocity (including sports and feel), the miner test and Ulcer healing of patie-nts in preoperative and postoperative,.Follow-up of3months, Comparative analysis with preoperative and postoperative and evaluation of clinical curative effect.Results:after3months of follow-up, comparative analysis preoperative and postoperative for nerve electric physiology and two distinguish, Phil. Total nerve, tibial nerves movement and sensory conduction stepped up, two identify sleep improved obviously,P<0.05, Difference have statistical significance Pain、 numbness of patients foot ease efficient respectively92.31%and94.23%after Surgery, The positive rate of sole neuropad TM test was90.38%, Ulcer healing rate is80%, complication rate is3.85%after Surgery, clinical effect of treatment of diabetes peripheral neuropathy is satisfactory with peripheral nerve decompression. Conclusion:Peripheral nerve decompression used in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy. It can help patients to recover the feel of foot, such as painrelief, to promote healing for diabetes foot ulcer, to improve the quality of life of the patients.
