Objective The aim of this study was to research the effect of three different nutritional supports on immune function of hypertensivc cerebral hemorrhage patients.MethodIn this prospective control study, the patients were divided into three different nutrition interpose groups include enteral nutrition group (EN), parenteral nutrition group (PN) and enteral ally with parenteral nutrition group (EN+PN) random based on the timing of admission. The changes of immunological indicators including CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+、IgA, IgG, IgM, and serum protein before and after nutritional support were compared.ResultsThe value of IgA, IgG, IgM, albumin, prealbumin, CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+ in the first day after nutritional support had no statistical significance between the three groups (PN+EN、EN and PN) under variance analysis, which guarantee the follow-up study. The group of PN+EN and EN can significantly increase the level of IgA, IgG, IgM, albumin, prealbumin, CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD 8+of peripheral blood after the t test between 1 day and 14 day, but the PN group alone cannot elevate the level of parameters above. CD4+, CD8+, CD4+/CD8+of PN group in 14 day did not change when comparing 1 day (p>0.05), whil e value of EN group increase (p<0.05) The value of CD4+, CD8+, CD4+/CD8+had significant difference between the three groups (P<0.01). Either PN+EN or EN alone can increase the level of CD3+, CD4+. CD4+/CD8+in peripheral blood and PN had no effect. At 14 day the levels of IgA, IgG, IgM, albumin, prealbumin, CD3+, CD4+. CD4+ /CD8+ had significant difference between the three groups when performing Variance analysis (p<0.05), showing the difference of immunity among 3 groups after nutrition support. When comparing the PN+EN and EN or PN separately, we found that there were significant difference (p<0.05). The combination of PN and EN was superior to EN or PN alone.ConclusionEarly enteral ally with parenteral nutritional support is the best modus to improve the immune function of hypertension cerebral hemorrhage postoperation patients.
