ObjectiveThis subject is to study the correlation among TCM six Syndrome, gender, age, disease duration, body mass index, family history of type2diabetes, smoking history, complications, blood lipids, glycated hemoglobin, blood glucose, C-peptide in patients with type2diabetes. To provide guidance and reference for type2diabetes Clinical dialectical.MethodsSelect300patients in line with case selection criteria, be divided into Yin Syndrome, Yang Syndrome, Yin and yang, cold and heat mixed syndrome three syndromes, and record admission of the basic information and laboratory indexes. Statistics using spssl7.0statistical analysis software, Count data using the chi-square test of crosstab, measurement data with normal distribution with variance test. Does not meet the normal distribution using the rank sum test, in which three syndrome overall compared with Kruskal-Wallis test, two types were compared with Mann-Whitney test.ResultsIn sex, age, disease duration, family history, diabetic nephropathy, diabetic peripheral neuropathy, in Complicated by Hypertension, fatty liver, coronary heart disease, All Syndrome types was no significant difference (P>0.05). In complicated by stroke, Yin and yang, cold and heat mixed syndrome> Yang Syndrome, Yin and yang, cold and heat mixed syndrome> Yin Syndrome, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). In the smoking history, Yang Syndrome=Yin and yang, cold and heat mixed syndrome> Yin Syndrome, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). In the body mass index, each syndromes were greater than24kg/m2, Yang Syndrom> Yin Syndrome, the difference was statistical significance (P<0.05). In lipids, various syndromes associated with dyslipidemia ratio is more than70%, various types of TG was increased most significantly, while the low HDL-C and elevated LDL-C minor, and no statistically signi f icant difference among all types (P>0.05). In glycosylated hemoglobin, Yang Syndrome> Yin Syndrome, with statistical significance (P<0.05). In blood sugar, fasting blood glucose, half an hour after dinner glucose Yang> Yin Syndrome, with statistical significance (P <0.05); postprandial1hour,2hours,3hours blood glucose Yang> Yin Syndrome, with statistical significance (P<0.01). In C-peptide, fasting and postprandial three hours each card type of Opeptide were significant differences (P>0.05); Postprandial half-hour Opeptide Yin and yang, cold and heat mixed syndrome> Yang Syndrome, Yin and yang, cold and heat mixed syndrome> Yin Syndrome have significant difference (P<0.01, P<0.05); postprandial1hour C-peptide, Yin and yang, cold and heat mixed syndrome> Yang has statistics difference (P<0.01);2-hour postprandial C-peptide, Yin Syndrome> Yang has statistical significance (P<0.05); Judging from the trend, all syndrome C-peptide have a secretion peak, Secretion peak delay, while yang syndrome delay is the most obvious, and each syndrome secretion peak is on the low side.ConclusionType2diabetes TCM six Classics Syndrome Type and patient smoking history, body mass index, complicated by stroke, glycosylated hemoglobin, blood sugar, the2-hour postprandial C-peptide has some correlation. The yin and yang mixed cold and heat syndrome and yang syndrome is higher than the yin syndrome in the proportion of smoking history. Yin and yang, cold and heat mixed syndrome complicated with cerebral apoplexy get the highest proportion. The Yang syndromes is the highest in body mass index, glycosylated hemoglobin, fasting and postprandial each period blood sugar, while the2-hour postprandial C-peptide is the lowest. The dyslipidemia proportion in each syndrome type is more than70%, showing that rise in triglycerides is the most significant.
