Clinical symptom:After the treatment, melioration of clinical symptom and in both groups have significant difference(P<0.05或p<0.01). Compared with the control group, melioration of the trial group, such as headache, dizziness, tinnitus, Palpitations, sore waist, Soft Knee, short breath, insomnia, chilly, frequent micturition, showing significant difference(P<0.05or P<0.01), The above result show that therapy of two groups both can help Primary hypertension, and the trial group is better than the control group. 3.The effect of BP:The total effective rate of the experimental group was86.00%, better than that of the control group which was82.67%. Obviously, the effect of the interventional therapy group surpass the control group(P<0.05).4.The change of the index of the concentration of Ang-(1-7) in serum: Before the treatment, both groups, the concentration of Ang-(1-7) in serum have no significant difference(P>0.05). After the treatment, melioration of the trial group showed significant difference than before (P<0.01). melioration of the control group showed no significant difference than before (P>0.05). After the treatment, both groups, the concentration of Ang-(1-7) in serum have significant difference(P<0.05).ConclusionThe BU SHEN YI XIN PIAN is effective on treatment on The Patients with Primary hypertension, improve patients symptoms, can upgrade the concentration of ALD in serum.
