It seriously affects the postoperative rehabilitation.Taking means of Chinese medicine to intervene the perioperative period is more and more popular. And it means that it is a very important approach. Traditional Chinese medicine treatment is thought to promote gastrointestinal function of postoperative recovery so much the better. We can promote the postoperative recovery with expressing the features and advantages of Chinese medicine. But, now we can not see such report in gastrointestinal functionthe of elderly biliary tract disease patients.Object ive:This research is studing in that the affect of recovery of gastrointestinal function useing the Shengyangyiweitang with andomized controlled clinical trials. To explore the mechanism of how the Shengyangyiweitang can promote the recovery postoperative gastrointestinal function. So that we can put forward the theories basis with the using of Chinese medicine in older biliary postoperative gastrointestinal disorder.Content and methods:Choose the old criteria biliary surgery cases as the research object, divided into the treatment group and control group. Observed the preoperative and postoperative heart rate, body temperature and other vital signs change of the two groups. The two groups were detected with Blut-Routine-Untersuchung、liver function and biochemistry in the preoperative day and the1d,3d,7d of postoperation. Two groups of patients were recorded with the complications, such as perioperative death, liver/kidney failure, MODS,hepatic encephalopathy, etc.We record the bowel sounds sound recovery time, the fart recovery time and the cacation recovery time to assess the postoperative recovery of gastrointestinal function. Detection the motilin, vasoactive intestinal peptide in the preoperative day and the1d,3d,7d of postoperation of the two group to assess the postoperative recovery of gastrointestinal function.Results1. The clinical data such as age, gender, etiology, preoperative liver function Child-Pugh classification, and surgical approach were no significant difference of the two group.2. The two groups have nothing postoperative complications such as perioperative deaths, liver/renal failure, multiple organ dysfunction, hepatic encephalopathy cases, and aslo did not need the no secondary.surgery. There is two cases with moderate amount of pleural effusion in the treatment group compare to the three cases in the control group.3. Compare to the control group, the heart rate of the treatment group were significantly different in postoperative7d,(P<0.05).4. Compare to the control group, the NE%of the treatment group is significantly lower in postoperative7d,(P<0.05).5. Compare to the control group, the ALT,AST of the treatment group is significantly lower in postoperative7d,(P<0.05).6. Compare to the control group, thebowel sounds sound recovery time, the fart recovery time and the cacation recovery time of the treatment group are significantly quicker,(P<0.05).7. Compare to the control group, the spastic pain, abdominal distension and adynamic ileus of the treatment group are significantly different,(P<0.05).8. The two groups have noting different with the motilin and vasoactive intestinal peptide in preoperation and the1st day of postoperation. Compare to the control group, the motilin and vasoactive intestinal peptide of the treatment group were significantly higher in postoperative3d/7d,(P<0.05).Conclusions:The study found that Shengyangyiweitang is able to promote elderly biliary tract disease patients with postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery.
