At the same time, if the restoration of gastrointestinal function after operation is slowly, it can leads to the turbulence of inner circumstance and induces to a variety of complication. So how to promote the restoration of gastrointestinal function as soon as possible is very important to improve the patient's nutrition state and resistibility, speed the cut healing and reduce the complications after operation.We use the "Chang Wei Tong" decoction to treat the patients after laparoscopy cholecystectomy and open cholecystectomy respectively. The research observe the clinical effect of the decoction by comparing the restoration intestinal gurgling sound, first exhaust and defecation, plasma motilin value before and after operation.Methods 46 patients with cholecystectomy operation are randomly divided into laparoscopy cholecystectomy (LC) group and open cholecystectomy (OC) group, while each group is randomly divided into experimental group and control group according to the operation sequence. The patients of experimental group take the "Chang Wei Tong" decoction six hours after operation, one formula and twice a day, 5 day is a course of treatment. Other medicine are the same as control group's. The patients of control group take routine medicine, including fluid replacement and anti-infective agent, excluding other treatment to promote gastrointestinal function. Monitor the intestinal gurgling sound per 2 hours from 6 hours after operation till the the intestinal gurgling sound restored, note first time of exhaust and defecation, and draw 2 ml blood from patients at before operation, 0 hours , 24 hours , 48 hours, 72 hours after operation for analysis.Results The patients of experimental group spent less time than control group in restoring intestinal gurgling sound and first exhaust, there exists extremely evident...
