The Clinical Research Of Wearing Scalp Acupuncture Combine Behavior Training On Cars And Pep Scale In Autism Children

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of wearing scalp acupuncture combine behavior training treat autism on CARS and PEP scale, providing new way of thinking for the treatment of autismMethod:60cases of autism children match the diagnosis were distributed into two groups by parent’s desire. Both group accept behavior training, which operated by professions in Yuexiu District of Guangzhou Children’s Hospital. The treatment group accept wearing scalp acupuncture combine behavior training treatment. Prescription:sishenxue, naosanxue, dingshenxue, shouzhixue, zuzhixue. The control group accept acupuncture treatment with the same prescription of the treatment group, which accept behavior training after acupuncture, both6times a week,72times as a period. CARS and PEP scale were used before and after treatment.Result:①Overall effect:the total effective rate and efficacy levels compared with the two groups, P<0.05, show the curative effect in the treatment group is better than the control group.②Statistical result show that CARS score have a great different between before and after treatment in the treatment group (P<0.001), which wearing scalp acupuncture with behavior training is valid to autism.③Statistical result show that PEP score have a great different between before and after treatment in the treatment group (P<0.05). Statistical result show the curative effect in the treatment group is better than the control group (P<0.05), wearing scalp acupuncture with behavior training has better effect in cognitive understanding and cognitive expression of C-PEP, method of wearing scalp acupuncture with behavior training adopt in this text is partial emphasis on improving symptom of autism, the effect rate is83.3%.Conclusion:Wearing scalp acupuncture with behavior training has better effect of improving cognitive understanding and cognitive expression. The treatment result of wearing scalp acupuncture with behavior training is better than behavior training after acupuncture.
