ObjectivesObserved the Zhao LEIHUO moxibustion treatment of the circumference of the efficacy and safety of postmenopausal women insomnia, to find a TCM features simple, effective and safe treatment for insomnia in perimenopausal women by Traditional Chinese Medicine to provide a theoretical basis.MethodsIn this study, in accordance with the forward-looking, randomized, controlled clinical research methods, the recruitment of patients met the inclusion criteria a total of60cases for the study, were randomly divided into experimental and control groups (1:1),30cases in each group. The experimental group selected the thunderbolt moxibustion moxibustion YINTANG, fish waist (double), Chengqi (double), eye (double), pupil liao (double), helix (double), ears (double), manual therapy, once a day, every30minutes. Control group to the the estazolam oral,2mg (2), every night before going to bed half an hour once orally. The two groups of treatment cycles are2weeks, respectively, observed in newly diagnosed and treatment within a week markedly follow-up in January. Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) before and after treatment to evaluate and observe adverse reactions and side effects of the record during the study, the data collected for statistical analysis using SPSS18.0statistical package.ResultsClinical effects of the experimental group, the total effective rate of96.6percent, its cure rate, markedly effective rate and total effective rate higher than the control group the total effective rate, the difference was significant (P<0.05); treatment before and after the PSQI scale component scores and total score of each experimental group after treatment, sleep quality, sleep latency, sleep time, sleep efficiency, sleep disturbance, the total score, respectively compared with before treatment, showed significant improvement, the difference was significant (P<0.01);daytime dysfunction and treatment before, the difference was significant(P<0.05). The control group after treatment, sleep quality, sleep latency, sleep time, sleep efficiency, sleep disturbance, daytime sleep disorders, the total score, respectively, compared with before treatment, the difference was significant (P <0.01). Group2score after treatment compared to the difference was significant (P<0.01), sleep quality, sleep latency, sleep time, sleep efficiency, sleep disturbance, daytime dysfunction were compared, the difference was significant (P<0.05);prompted the efficacy of the thunderbolt moxibustion group than the control group.ConclusionExperimental group in clinical efficacy, sleep quality, sleep latency, sleep time, sleep efficiency, sleep disturbance, daytime dysfunction to improve, are better than the control group, efficacy, toxicity is small, worthy of promotion.
