The Clinical Research About The Efficacy Of Replenishing Archaeus And Regulate Tri-jiao In Chronic Heart Failure

Object i veTo bserve the curative effect of Replenishing Archaeus and Regulate Tri-jiao therapy in Chronic Heart Failure (syndrome of Archaeus deficiency and Tri-jiao blockage. and testify the accuracy of the method in order to provides a new train of thought for chronic heart failure treated with traditional Chinese medicine.MethodsAll60cases were in2011August-2012year in April, the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine in Pune, cardiovascular inpatients and Cardiovascular Outpatients. According to the visiting time were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with30cases in each group. The two groups were given the same Western medicine treatment, and The treatment group were treated with traditional Chinese Medicine that can Replenishing Archaeus and Regulate Tri-jiao, compared between the two groups therapeutic differences after4weeks of treatment, and to explore its possible mechanisms.Results1. Comparing the curative effect of TCM syndrome between the two groups, there was statistically significant,(P<0.05). the affect of treatment group better than the control group.2. The treatment group and the control group in eleven traditional Chinese medicine symptoms have statistically significant differences, such as palpitation, shortness of breath and etc.(P<0.05), the affect of treatment group better than the control group.3. Comparing the curative effect of NYHA and Lee heart failure and the level of BNP between the two groups,there was no statistically significant.4. There was no erious adverse events during the study period. ConclusionTraditional Chinese Medicine that can Replenishing Archaeus and Regulate Tri-jiao is safe and effective, Archaeus deficieny and Tri—jiao blockage is an important pathogenesis of heart failure treated with traditional Chinese Medicine.
