Object iveThis thesis observes clinic effectiveness of the Treatment of Liver Meridian of Damp-heat Acne through Clearing Liver and Eliminating Dampness, providing clinical basis for treatment of acne. It provides better treatment options for patients with acne.MethodsThis thesis adopts the method of case-control study, Selected to meet the inclusion criteria of this study100patients were randomly divided into treatment and control groups. The treatment group is treated with oral medicine. Control group is treated with Minocycline Hydrochloride capsule. the results of lesions of the number and TCM symptom score are recorded in the two groups between before treatment and after treatment. Recorded score entered into the database and statistical software SPSS17.0. And in contrast to the integrated effect of the two groups, the nember of lesions and TCM symptoms.ResultsThrough eight weeks of treatment, Clinical results as follows:the total cure rate of the treatment group:20%, the total effective rate:94%; The overall cure rate of the control group:12%, the total effective rate was84%. The statistical analysis, the treatment group was more efficient than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The adverse reactions of the treatment group is less than the control group.ConclusionThrough the observation the two groups in the treatment of acne before and after find two groups have effect in the treatment of acne. But the Clearing Liver and Eliminating Dampnessis has a good effect not only in the improvement of the skin lesions in terms of the number of good effect,but also in the improvement of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms has obvious curative effect. The treatment group has a better effect than the control group in the comperhensive effect.which prove that the Treatment of Liver Meridian of Damp-heat Acne through Clearing Liver and Eliminating Dampness has a better clinical curative effect and a good safety in short-term use, also who has no significant side effects and worth to recommended in clinical application. |
