ObjectiveAs a kind of common malignant tumors, the prognosis of gastric cancer is always a problem lots of people care. And acute renal function change is surely important-influence factor of Postoperative Survival Rate, and lead to acute renal failure if processing is not suitable. This is to study the related factors about acute renal function change occured on gastric cancer patients that just finished the operation.Methods228cases of gastric cancer patients received surgical trentment between january2011to december2012, and confirmed by pathologic examination.19of these cases appearred acute renal function change within one week after operation, others restored good as contral group. univariate analysis was done through t and x2inspection, and multivariate comparison through Cox regression analysis, study the correlation between the occure of acute renal injury and age、gender、gastric cancer staging、metastasis number of Lymph node、preoperative diseases (hypertension and diabetes mellitus) operation methods、blood loss and urine output in operation、numbers of WBC and Hb in the first day after operation. Resultsthe incidence of acute renal function change on gastric cancer patients after operation was8.33%(19/228). univariate analysis indicated that age(P<0.01)、gastric cancer staging (P<0.05), metastasis number of Lymph node (P<0.01), preoperative diseases (hypertension (P<0.01) and diabetes mellitus (P<0.05)), urine output in operation (P<0.01), numbers of Hb in the first day after operation (P<0.01) were the related factors of acute renal function change after operation of gastric cancer patients; and Cox regression analysis showed that age(P<0.01), gastric cancer staging(P<0.05)、 metastasis number of Lymph node (P<0.01). preoperative diseases (hypertension (P<0.01)、urine output in operation (P<0.01) were independent risk factors.Conclusionsage. gastric cancer staging、metastasis number of Lymph node、hypertension and urine output in operation were independent related factors of acute renal function change after operation of gastric cancer patients.
