Government Responsibility In China’s Ruralmedical Security

Protect the health of citizens is a government imperative to maintain and respect the citizens’ right to health is the embodiment of social progress and civilization. The data show that in recent years, China’s rural health care costs rising much higher than the average growth rate of real income of farmers, the fanners overwhelmed. Poverty caused by illness returning to poverty is more prevalent, while the level of health of the farmers depend largely on whether or not to enjoy the strong medical support. The rural medical security is an important part of social security, not only to safeguard the vital interests of the farmers to establish and improve the rural medical security also has great practical and historical significance, and the construction of a new socialist countryside is more conducive to promoting the integration of urban and rural areas, China to build a moderately prosperous society in building a socialist harmonious society goals.
