Rubella is one of the global publici health problems. The latency of about12~23d, in4~10years old children, the manifestation of main clinical is aslight fever, accompanied by scattered in small spots and maculopapular, posterior auricular occipital and posterior cervical lymph node lesions are themost characteristic clinical manifestations, occurs in a rash before the5~10d.Adult infection is about50%in stealth infections, dominant infectionsymptoms are mild, often be ignored. With the recent rubella outbreak andprevalence of an increase in the number of severe cases, report number wereincreased, but the most serious is the congenital rubella syndrome(Congenital rubella syndromes CRS),Namely: early pregnancy infectionwith rubella virus, causing a variety of fetal organ development deformity anddysfunction, and people on rubella attention gradually increase the level of,and adopted a series of preventive immunization policy. The reported2004-2008annual women of childbearing age of rubella antibody leveldetection result display:15-20is the highest incidence every year people, along with the growth of the age, its incidence has declined. But since2007-2010years rubella report incidence rate showed an upward trend, whichmakes the rubella age of onset is backward the development trend, a directthreat to women of childbearing age. Objective:Toknow the epidemiological character and immne level ofrubella in womeng at childbearing age,and provide scientific basis forcontrolling rubella syndrome. Methods: During October to December in2011,one district in Second Hospital of Jilin University were selceted as theinvestigated122women of18-45years old in the two districts were investigated by the method of serological epidemiology. Results:The overallpositive rates of rubella antibody of the women were77.87%;The positiverates of rubella antibody of the women in18-22years old were84.62%; Thepositive rates of rubella antibody of the women in23-26years old were93.1%;The positive rates of rubella antibody of the women in27-30years oldwere68.42%; The positive rates of rubella antibody of the women in35-45years old were53.85%.The antibody level was related to age andarea. With age increasing, positive rate and geometric mean concentration ofantibody decreased.Recommendations:①Strengthen the monitoring of rubellaand CRS,and strengthen the construction of diagnosis of rubella laboratorynetwork. At the same time strengthen the immune awareness of the entirepopulation and improve their medical knowledge.Take rubella vaccinationinto the children’s immunization as soon as possible,in order to avoid rubellainfection of children, which is the rubella infection source of pregnant womenand women of childbearing age;②Screen premarital childbearing age womenrubella...
