The Research Between Holter ST-T Chang And Myocardial Perfusion In Patients With Chest Pain

Objective To explore the correlation between the24-hour ambulatory electrocardiogram (DCG) and myocardial perfusion---myocardial blush grade (MBG) in patient with chest pain monitored with the help of the DCG and coronary angiography (CAG)Methods Throughout strictly inclusive criteria which was made out.78patients who have chest pain and suspected coronary artery disease were examined by the means of DCG and CAG. In the course of the CAG, imaging results was recorded. These patients were divided into the non ischemic group and the ischemic unit according to the results, then the patients were classified by the MBG and analysised their correlation at the same time.Results Among35patients,with non ischemic group,there was0case (0%) with MBG0grade,there was2case (5.7%)with MBG1grade and8(22.9%) cases with MBG2grade and25(71.4%) cases with MBG3grade. Among43patients,with ischemic group.there was5case (11.6%) with MBG0grade,there was11case (25.6%)with MBG1grade and23(53.5%) cases with MBG2grade and4(9.3%) cases with MBG3grade. Comparison between the two groups at the same level:P<0.05(Spearman correlation coefficient=-0.626), with statistical significance.Conclusion There are relevance between DCG and MBG in patient with the main symptoms of chest pain and the patients whose ECG and CAG are normal.
