| Objective:to observe the high-dose methyl-prednisone (MP) joint consultation MK-801(Dizocilpine Maleate) to rat acute spinal cord injury therapeutic effect.Methods:Allen’s sport in heavy falls method to establish the model of rats acute spinal cord injury,72only injury rat one-time randomly divided into4groups, and18rats (one for each group includes24h,72h,15days, three group, each group six rats). After the control group of0.5h injuried intraperitoneal injection5ml physiological saline, After the MP group of0.5h injuried intraperitoneal injection methyl-prednisone30mg/kg weight, After the MK-801group of0.5h injuried intraperitoneal injection2.5%MK-8015mg/kg weight Joint group after intraperitoneal injection of0.5h injuried methyl-prednisone and consultation MK-801(dose, concentration before). After the injury24h,72h, in15days animal respectively death, damage of the spinal cord and pathological cell apoptosis, including the first15days in group1,3,5,7,10,15days do Gales and the inclined plate test.Results:methyl-prednisone, MK-801and combined treatment group acute spinal cord injury in rats were compared with control group,, the inclined plate test. Gales scores and pathological morphology and apoptosis detection has greatly improved, but three treatment group in the above aspects are at the same level.Conclusion:methyl-prednisone, MK-801and the combination of the two drugs rats acute spinal cord injury therapeutic effect has not different efficacy obviously in the present experimental conditions. |
