Objective For the purpose of protecting the environment and assuring the health of residents in Jishixia reservoir area, disinfection and deratization was be taken. Analyzing the outcome and the tendency of infection diseasesMethods To treat the General sources of pollution and biological sources of pollution of flooded area in accordance with the disinfection technology program. Before and after disinfection, the surface of toilet, livestock pens, garbage to be sampled and detected total bacteria and coli group. The significant differences of total number of bacteria by t test, coli group by chi-square test. To investigate the rodent species composition and density of pre-clearance by rat trap method, deratization using anti-clotting drug,Analysis the date before and after eradicating and judge eradicating results. Analysis the disease changes and potential health risk factors in the reservoir area by search for disease surveillance information management system of disease control and prevention center of China.analysis on the infectious disease generation and prevalence trend around the reservoir, frozen section after fluorescence staining and fluorescence microscopy, monitoring of EHF antigen.Results The average total bacterial count was5.85×106cfu/cm2before disinfection, after disinfection, the average total bacterial count was2.19×104cfu/cm2, the kill rate of total bacteria was99.63%. The statistical difference was obvious and the disinfection effect was obvious before and after disinfection. There were76coliform-positive samples before disinfection, after disinfection.the samples were5, the coli group kill rate was93.42%. The statistical difference of Coliform-positive rate before and after disinfection.Housa mouse is the dominant species in the area, the rat density was2.95%before deratization, after deratization. the density was0.50%. deratization rate was88.87%. The statistical difference of the density before and after deratization was obvious. In the area, from2009to2011. the incidence of infectious diseases was473.57/100.000,382.47/100.000,488.38/10, the statistical differenceof incidence was not obvious. The EHF antigen of21sample of mouse lung were negative.Conclusions The the Yellow River Jishi Gorge Reservoir and disinfection of rodent and achieved good results, for the first time in Qinghai province were reported; before and after water storage of infectious disease incidence rate has no obvious change, including intestinal infectious disease decreased year by year, blood-borne and sexually transmitted disease showed an upward trend year by year; There was the risk of plague occurrence around the reservoir, epidemic hemorrhagic fever risk very low.
