Changes Of Platelet Particle Membrane Protein、Platelet Activating Factor And Platelet Parameter In Patients With Hyperuricemia

Objective:observe the variation of the Platelet particle membrane protein、Platelet activating factor and changes of Platelet parameter in patients with hyperuricemia.Methods:55patients with hyperuricemia were selected as test group and30people were selected as control group. ELISA was used to detect the levels of GMP-140and PAF in55patients and30healthy individuals, Platelet parameter was performed with automatic blood cell analyzer, the biochemical indexes were detected at the same time.Results:Serum uric acid、 triglycerides(TG)、 low density lipoprotein (LDL-c) in patients with hyperuricemia were higher than the normal group (p<0.01).The indexes of GMP-140、 PAF in patients (GMP-140was15.93±4.81ng/ml, PAF was214.26±16.70pg/ml) were much higher than the normal group (GMP-140was7.39±2.15ng/ml, PAF was148.22±14.26pg/ml)(p<0.01), the indexes of platelet distribution width (PDW) Platelet-large cell ratio(P-LCR)(were32.09±6.33%、13.34±1.83%respectively) were higher than the normal group (were27.68±4.81%、11.32±0.83%respectively)(p<0.01), there was no significant difference between the two groups in platelet count (PLT)、 plateletcrit (PCT)、mean platelet volume (MPV)(p>0.05). Serum uric acid was correlated with GMP-140、 PAF、P-LCR、 PDW levers respectively.The GMP-140lever was correlated with the PAF Lever. The GMP-140lever was correlated with P-LCR、 PDW lever respectively. Multivariate stepwise regression analysis revealed that Serum uric acid、 creatinine、 Platelet-large cell ratio、 urea nitrogen contributed to GMP-140lever (adjustedR2=0.822). Serum uric acid、 low density lipoprotein contributed to PAF lever (adjustedR2=0.451)conclusion:A close relationship exists between hyperuricemia and change of platelet function, platelet activity were enhanced in patients with hyperuricemia, Platelet activation phenomenon exists and can Contribute to thrombosis,making the body in the prethrombotic state,and it plays a certain role in thrombosis complications.
