Objective:To investigate the35-74years old non-diabetic population three years outcome and influence factors in Qingdao, provide scientific basis and screen risk populations. Methods:using cohort study extracted1326Non-diabetic patients as a research object,35-74year-old resident from Qingdao City in2006.they were divided into impaired with normal glucose tolerance (NGT) group and glucose regulation (IGR) group, which the IGR group was further divided into fasting glucose group (IFG), impaired glucose tolerance (IGT) group and IFG+IGT groups. And followed up between September2009, observation study glucose metabolism indicators of outcome in3years, made questionnaire, physical examination and laboratory tests. Whether the outcome of diabetes as dependent variables, sociodemographic, lifestyle, and biochemical parameters as independent variables. Using SPSS16.0, t test, analysis of variance, chi-square test, logistic regression and stepwise multiple regression analysis. Results:After3years followed up, type2diabetes (T2DM) cumulative incidence of11.2%in all people, the group of NGT, IGR,, IFG, IGT and IFG+IGT g3year cumulative incidence rates were7.1%,20.8%,20.9%,14.5%and32.3%; each group with T2DM3-year cumulative incidence of IFG, IGT and IFG+IGT group were higher than NGT group (P<0.05), IFG+IGT, group T2DM than IFG IGT group, the difference were statistically significant (P<0.05). Age increased, higher BMI and low physical activity are the NGT and IGR population risk factors for T2DM patients. Age increased, abdominal obesity, high blood pressure, alcohol consumption, heart rate are the risk factors for the incidence of NGT and IGR populations. Conclusion:Qingdao City, non-diabetic population the incidence of diabetes is higher, people with higher and IGR populations of a BMI of T2DM in high-risk groups. The reasonable control of body weight can reduce the incidence of T2DM.
