Objective:The purpose of the study was to explore the clinical value of hysteroscopy operation and laparoscopy operation in the treatment of infertility by analyzing284infertility and infertility associated with other diseases cases.Methods:The study selected284infertility patients(including150cases of primary infertility and134cases of secondary infertility) and infertility patients associated with other diseases in Affiliated Hospital of Medical College of Qingdao University east school area from Jan.2007to Oct.2011and made a retrospective analysis on the clinical data grouped by laparoscope operation and laparoscopy combined with hysteroscopy operation based on the illness condition and patients’willingness. The study conducted a comparative and contrastive research on the types of infertility, postoperative fertility and fertility time by two types of operation.Results:1.82cases(47.40%) were diagnosed with sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease among149cases in laparoscope group. Endometriosis were diagnosed in39cases(22.54%); ovarian tumor in21cases(12.14%); hysteromyoma in18cases(10.40%); polycystic ovary in9cases(5.20%); internal genital dysplasia in3cases(1.74%); pelvic tuberculosis in1case(0.58%).2.76cases(31.94%) were diagnosed with sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease among135cases treated with Laparoscopy combined with hysteroscopy operation. Endometrial polyp were diagnosed in71cases(29.83%); endometriosis in33cases(13.87%); hysteromyoma (intramural and subserosal) in17cases(7.14%); uterine septum in10cases(4.20%); ovarian tumor in9cases(3.78%); polycystic ovary in8cases(3.36%); intrauterine adhesious in8cases(3.36%); submucous myoma in3cases(1.26%); internal genital dysplasia in2cases(0.84%); pelvic tuberculosis in1case(0.42%).3. Among all the primary infertility patients, sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease patients make up31.96%, endometriosis patients make up21.00%,and endometrial polyp patients make up19.18%,Among all the secondary infertility patients, sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease patients make up45.83%, endometrial polyp patients make up15.10%, and endometriosis patients make up13.54%.4. The pregnancy rate of infertility patients in laparoscope group makes up25.81%, and49.30%in laparoscopy combined with hysteroscopy operation group. 5. The study managed142cases of follow-up investigation.58patients were pregnant.13cases were pregnant within6months after the operation, accounting for22.41%;47cases were pregnant within12months after the operation, accounting for81.03%;11cases were pregnant were pregnant12months after the operation, accounting for18.97%.Conclusion:1. Sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease is the leading cause of infertility, accounting for a large proportion in secondary infertility.2. Laparoscopy combined with hysteroscopy operation is better than laparoscope operation, resulting in high pregnancy rate.3. The pregnancy rate is high within12months after endoscopic operation curing infertility. After12months, the pregnancy rate decreases as time prolonging.
