Background&Objective: hepatic biliary cystadenoma is a rare kind of tumorseen in clinical, They account for less than5%of all cystic hepatic, Most occur inintrahepatic bile duct, Extrahepatic biliary cystadenoma is a rare benign lesion withmalignant potential. Absence of manifestation specificity delays the earlydiagnosisand appropriate treatment, which resultsin wore prognosis. At present, Thereis lack of a large amount of case analysis for this disease,so it is necessary for us tomake a system analysis at it. In this article, we collect8cases of this patients from2002January to2012January at the First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian MedicalUniversity, and make a systematic review and analysis on their clinical data, design forproviding a reference for the diagnosis and treatment of this disease and to raiseawareness of the disease. Methods: In this article, we collect8cases of this patients from2002Januaryto2012January at the First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University, and makea systematic review and analysis on their clinical data, Including general conditions, symptoms, signs, laboratory, imaging, diagnosis, treatment, pathologic findings andfollow-up results. Results: In8patients,7female,1male patients, mean age61.12years, Theclinical manifestations include right upper abdominal mass, fullness, edepigastricpain, jaundice, nausea and vomiting, but most of the patients with abdominal distention, abdominal pain and discomfort as main manifestation.Their AFP and CEA were allnormal,5of them with abnormal CA199. B ultrasound shows: partial liver or liversegment measurement and bile duct cystic dilatation of the bile duct in unexplained, filled with Colloidal matter. CTshowing:lowdensity tumor with internal septa, and thedensity between septa is different.all patients were treated by operation,5of whichwere radical operation, In three cases were partial excision. Another2cases weretumor resection; All patients were followed up until now, line of radical resection of the tumors of patients, have good postoperative recovery without recurrence andmetastasis,2routine fenestration decompression of the patient have a relapse, but theyare all living today with tumor,1cases of cyst wall fenestration decompression+resection the patient follow-up showed no evidence of tumor recurrence. Conclusion: Intrahepatic biliary cystadenoma often happens in middle—agewomen. Because of the lack of specific clinical manifestations, preoperative diagnosisis difficult.but B—ultrasound and CTcan give a good suggestion to thisdisease.Radical resection is the best treatment.
