Objective: To know the man allergens which cause allergic reaction amongstchildren in Dalian region and any possible differences in different age groups, sex andseasons. To discuss the relationship of different allergic diseases with allergens species,as well as the relationship of complicated allergic rhinitis and asthma history withallergens species.Methods: During the period from September2006to August2009, in ourout-patient clinic, a total number of121children were diagnosed as allergic diseaseswith the detailed medical history. Then conducted SPT to them anda retrospective analysis has also been conducted according to the results. SPSSstatistical package and chi square test or Fisher’s test was used, so P<0.05was believedto show statistical significance.Results: The total positive rate was76%with dermatophagoides farinae47.9%,dermatophagoides pteronyssinus45.5%, trichophyton mentagrophytes29.8%,mouldsâ…¡28.1%, mouldsâ… 24.8%.57.8%patients were allergic to three or moreallergens. The positive rate of licorice dust was related to gender. The positive rate ofcow milk was related to age. The positive rates of latex, tomato, chicken, wheat flour,parsley, dried chilli, coriander were related to season. The positive rate of licorice dustin urticaria group was same as that in eczema group, which was obviously higher thanthat in dermatitis group. The positive rates of dried chili and wheat flour of urticariawere obviously lower than that in eczema group and dermatitis group. All positive ratesof patients complicating with allergic rhinitis or asthma were higher than that in simpleskin lesion group, and positive rates of dermatophagoides farinae, dermatophagoidespteronyssinus, Trichophyton mentagrophytes, mold II, mussels, dried chili, flour, eggs,sea fish, citrus showed statistical significance.Conclusions: Dermatophagoides farinae, dermatophagoides pteronyssinus, trichophyton mentagrophytes, mouldsâ…¡, mouldsâ… were the most frequent allergens ofchildren with allergic diseases in DaLian. The positive rate of licorice dust in femalewas obviously higher than that in male. Allergens positive rate of allergy hereditarychildren was significantly higher. These provided theoretical bases for clinical diagnosis,treatment and prevention. |
