Objective:As a myocardial metabolism, myocardial enzymes often reflect the degree ofmyocardial injury and the condition of recovery index, through the two treatment modalitiesare dynamic myocardial enzyme contrast, understanding of myocardial injury is reversible, whether can cause myocardial inflammation.Methods:2010March-2012January selected in Affiliated Hospital of Qinghai University fortreatment of60cases of heart ward septal defect patients, cases will be selected randomlydivided into A, B two group, were given percutaneous interventional treatment of atrial septaldefect occluder treating (intervention group A) and off-pump open-heart operation therapy (Bgroup). In24h before operation, after48h,72h and168hafter operation at6points A, B grouptherapy in patients with peripheral blood, detection of creatine kinase isoenzymes of creatinekinase, lactate dehydrogenase and aspartate amino transferase, two cases of preoperative,postoperative,72h24h48h,168hstatistics data line between group and group contrast analysis. Results:A, B group of two patients without death in hospital. Before the operation of aspartatetranscarbamylase (26U/L), creatine kinase (15--130U/L), creatine kinase isoenzyme(1--14U/L), lactate dehydrogenase (60--140U/L) were in the reference range.Postoperative24h two group all myocardial enzyme were significantly higher than thereference value (P <0.01), reached the reference value2-9times, rising to group B was higherthan that in group A, two groups of myocardial enzyme release quantity difference significant(P <0.05). After72h two group have different levels of recovery, including group A creatinekinase isoenzyme was restored to normal levels, between the two groups of the myocardialenzyme release was significant. Two groups of lactate dehydrogenase, aspartatetranscarbamylase creatine kinase also in succession to postoperative168hrecovered topreoperative levels (P>0.05). In two, A group in extracorporeal circulation, blood transfusionand anesthesia compared with B group, there was significant difference (P <0.05). Three, two groups of comparison of postoperative complications had no significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusion:1, the potential of myocardial injury after cardiac surgery is common, reversible, postoperative myocardial enzyme values during dynamic changes reflect the extent ofmyocardial damage.2, interventional therapy group and open-heart operation group of patientsbefore cardiac enzyme release at normal levels, after the latter elevated myocardial enzymesamplitude were significantly greater than the former, illustrate the former little trauma, lessintraoperative myocardial cell injury.
