| Objective:To explore the effect of interventional treatment, with different methods and equipment, with pulmonary valve stenosis(PS), patent ductus arteriosus (PDA), atrial septal defect (ASD) and ventricular septal defect (VSD). To explore the indication of various kinds of occluder and compare the effect. To explore the contribution of echocardiography in interventional treatment. To observe the electrical and geometric changes of heart after interventional therapy.Methods:89 PS, 230 PDA, 211 ASD and 120 VSD were included in the study. They received different interventional therapy. Electrocardiography (ECG) and echocardiography examination were performed before and after the operation to observe the electrical and geometric changes of heart. SPSS 11.0 was adopted to analyze all data.89 patients (aged 8.6 + 3.5 years) with pulmonary valve stenosis undergone PBPV. Peak systolic pressure gradients fom the right ventricle to the pulmonary artery before and immediately after PBPV was measured by catheterization. The right ventricular cineangiogram was done before and immediately following dilation to measure the diameter of pulmonary valve annulus and observe the infundibular spazm. Doppler estimated the transvalvular pressure gradients before, 24 hours, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year and yearly after PBPV, respectively. Pulmonary artery regurgitation was observed by echocardiography.230 PDA were respectively occluded by Amplatzer duct occluder, phialiform... |
