Objective:This experiment is to detect ROCK-2protein and CD44v9protein levelsbetween breast cancer tissues and normal tissues, and their clinicl significances andtheir relationships. Methods:We have collected54cases of breast cancer tissues and20normal tissuesof paraffin specimens from Linyi Chinese medicine hospital, then detected theexpression of ROCK-2and CD44v9proteins by Immunohistochemical method.Results:1. The expression of ROCK-2protein in normal breast tissue has not beenseen. We found the positive expression in44of the54Breast cancer (81.48%).Therecords of a transfer is89.74%in39cases,and60.00%in15cases.2. The positiveexpression of CD44v9protein has been found in40of the54(74.07%) breast cancer.And5of the20normal breast tissue is(25.00%).Their positive expression hassignificantly statistical significance.(P<0.05)3. ROCK-2protein and CD44v9protein in breast cancer tissue of the expression level, with increased cancer stage andheighten4. ROCK-2protein expression was correlated with CD44v9proteinexpression in the Breast cancer (r=-0.459, P<0.05).Conclusions:1. The expression of ROCK-2protein in normal breast tissue has notbeen seen, however it has a high leavl in Breast cancer tissue. This show that it maybe promote the development of Breast cancer and may be provide a new way to treatBreast cancer by target molecule:to destroy or disturbance Rho/ROCK-2.2.The highespression was correlated with CD44v9protein expression in Breast cancer and tisleval of expression in cancer is obviously higher than normal tissues. It show thatCD44v9has a importment significance in transfer and prognosis as a metastasisrelative gene.3. ROCK-2protein and CD44v9protein may have a synergistic action inthe invarion and metastasis in Breast cancer. But the real relationship of them intransfer need more study.
