Objective: This experiment uses the different levels of Salisorosides Rosavin to postoperativeliver function of rats with obstructive jaundice measuring the intervention level of biochemicalindices and liver MDA content, SOD activity changes to explore the effect of salidroside on ratswith obstructive jaundice oxidative Stress Injury to understand the effect of the of salidrosideintervention at different levels, the salidroside antioxidant protective effect and mechanism, inorder to understand the possibility of salidroside treatment of obstructive jaundice. Methods:Taking thirty-two health female SD rats, the random number method is divided intofour groups: sham operation group (group A, n=8), obstructive jaundice group (group B, n=8),obstructive jaundice, low-dose treatment group (group C, n=8,30mg/kg), obstructive jaundice,high-dose treatment group (D, n=8,15mg/kg);respectively two time periods on7days,14daysafter operation measuring plasma aspartate aminotransferase(AST), alanine aminotransferase(ALT), total bilirubin (TBIL), direct bilirubin (DBIL), siphoning the supernatant liquor fromliver tissue grinding homogenate, the application Elisa kit for detection of superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity and malondialdehyde content(MDA), and liver tissue specimens werepathological morphology observed;statistical analysis in each group at each time point of theabove target levels in rats and the effect of salidroside intervention.Results:(1)liver function results show that obstructive jaundice rat model produced success.(2)in rat serum AST, ATL,TBIL, DBIL content changes: The same point in time, after7days,group A, D, serum AST, ATL,TBIL,DBIL and, content was significantly lower than in groups B,C, the level of difference was significantly (p <0.05), group B and group Cthe difference is notsignificant (p>0.05),postoperative day14, A, C, D,serum AST, and of ALT, TBIL, DBIL andcontent was significantly lower than the level of group B, and the difference is significant (p<0.05).A group and D-group difference was not significant (p>0.05). Different time points after14days compared to7days in group B serum levels of AST, ATL, TBIL, DBIL content wassignificantly higher, the difference was significantly (p <0.05) in group C, D, is significantly reduced, and The difference was significantly (p <0.05).(3)in rat liver MDAcontent, SOD activity changes: The same point in time, after7days, groupA, D, and group B, C, A and Group D in rat liver MDA content significantly decreased SODactivity was significantly increased, the difference was significantly (p <0.05), but Bgroup C andgroup differences are not significant (P>0.05),postoperative day14, A, C, D, and group B, A, C,D rats liver MDA content was significantly lower SOD activity was significantly higher, thedifference was significant (p <0.05), group C, and D-group difference was not significant (p>0.05). Different time points after14days compared to7days, group B, MDA content increased, the difference was not significant (p>0.05), while SOD activity decreased the differencesignificant (p <0.05), group D in rat liver significantly reduced MDA content, SOD activity wassignificantly higher, the difference was significantly (p <0.05), C-group difference was notsignificant (p>0.05).Conclusions:(1) Obstructive jaundice rat liver function is unusual, oxidative stress caused byinjury.(2)Salidroside can reduce serum levels of AST, ALT, TBIL, DBIL content, protection of liverfunction, repair injury due to obstructive jaundice liver damage.(3) Salidroside by reducing the liver tissue MDA content, increased SOD activity to verify theanti-oxidative stress injury.(4) The role of protection of liver function and antioxidant effects of high concentrations ofsalidroside on rats with obstructive jaundice is better than the low concentration levels.
