The energy metabolism of myocardial cells is the material basis for cardiac activity, with in-depth mechanism of heart disease, there is increasing recognition of myocardial metabolic changes in the importance of the development of heart disease. Myocardial relaxation or contraction requires an adequate energy supply, myocardial contraction-coupling disorder occurs when the myocardial energy in short supply, Then Heart failure will occur. Energy metabolism of myocardial contractility reduction mechanisms. The paper we observe the changes of the myocardial energy metabolism by 1H magnetic resonance spectroscopy, and Xin Fu Kang Oral Liquid and Captopril effects of its drug intervention. Objective:The paper focuses on the effect of traditional Chinese medicine Xin Fu Kang Oral Liquid and Captopril on myocardial energy metabolism substance lactate, creatine, and taurine in chronic pressure overload rats. And discusses the application of 1H magnetic resonance spectroscopy for detection of myocardial energy metabolism in the feasibility and implications.Methods:Totally,160 Wistar rats were randomly divided into four groups:sham operation group (SH) (n=40), coarctation of abdominal aorta group (CAA) (n=40), Captopril Tablets cure group(CAP) and XinFuKang oral liquid group (XFK) (n=40).Prepare chronic pressure overload rats by abdominal aortic constriction. In the later 4th,8th,12th week, randomly selected in each group of experimental rats, broken heart rapidly, Weighed 200mg rat cardiac apex left ventricular organization accurately, prepared for test sample by extracting water-soluble substances. The changes of the myocardial energy metabolism substance lactate, creatine, and taurine were observed at the 4th,8th and 12th week by 1H magnetic resonance spectroscopy after this therapy.Result:(1)At 8th week, in CAA group, the level of lactate were significantly increased (P<0.01),These changes were much obvious at the 12th week (P<0.01). The creatine and taurine were no difference in 4th week (P>0.05), the 8th week after decreased (P< 0.05, P< 0.01), the decline was more obvious at the 12th week (P< 0.01). (2)Compared with that of CAA group, the level of lactate in XFK,CAP group were no difference at the 4th week (P> 0.05), the level of lactate decreased significantly at the 8th,12th week (P<0.01). The creatine and taurine were no significant difference at the 4th week (P>0.05), the 8th week after increased (P< 0.05, P< 0.01). These trends were more obvious at the 12th week (P< 0.01).(3)In CAA group, the level of lactate were significantly increased at 8th week than those of 4th week (P<0.01), and these changes were much better at thel2th week (P< 0.01), the creatine and taurine were much lower at the 8th week than those of 4th week (P<0.05,P<0.01),and these changes were more obvious at the 12th week (P< 0.01); In XFK,CAP group, the level of lactate were lower at the 8th week than those of 4th week (P<0.05), these changes were more obvious at thel2th week (P<0.01). The creatine and taurine were higher at the 8th week than those of 4th week in XFK CAP group (P<0.05), these changes were more obvious at the 12th week (P<0.01).Conclusion:The chronic pressure overload rats by abdominal aortic constriction can cause myocardial energy barrier. With prolonged, and rat cardiac energy barrier continuous increase, Application of ACE-Ⅰdrugs captopril and XinFuKang oral liquid can significantly reduce the level of lactate, enhance the level of creatine, taurine, and improve myocardial energy barrier.1H-MRS can provide accurate information on myocardial energy metabolism in rats, but remain peaks overlap,Vulnerable to foreign influence. So 1H-MRS still need to be further improved and enhanced...
