Objective: To investigate the expression of hMAM and Ki-67protein in breastcancer. Exploration the characteristics of the expression of the two proteins in breastcancer tissue and identify whether the expression is realated with the clinical andpathological features. Compare the expression of the two predict proteins and guide itsin clinical research and the practical value of the immune therapy of breast cancer.Methods:152cases were randomly selected from the breast cancer patient asthe experimental group, and30cases of breast benign lesions(fiber adenoma)wasselected as control group, the application MaxvisionTMimmunohistochemical methodwas used to detect hMAM and Ki-67in breast cancer group, and breast tissue of thebenign lesions expression, compare the difference and correlation between theexpression and the clinical pathology features of the two groups.Results:1. The positive expression of hMAM in breast cancer group and breast benignlesions were51.3%and0.00%. The differences of expression of hMAM in breastcancer group and mammary gland benign lesions group have statistically significant(P<0.05). The hMAM positive expression was correlated with lymph node metastasis, histologic classification, the clinical stages, human epidermal growth factor receptor(c-erbB2)(P<0.05), and irrelevant with the age, menstrual conditions, the diagnosis ofthe size of the tumor diameter, estrogen receptor, Progesterone receptor (P>0.05).2. The positive expression of Ki-67in breast cancer group and breast benignlesions were68.7%,0.00%. The differences of expression of Ki-67in breast cancergroup and mammary gland benign lesions group have statistically significant (P<0.05). The Ki-67positive expression was correlated with and clinical stage, tumor size,ER and PR positive conditions were significantly correlated (P<0.05), and irrelevantwith the patient’s age, tumor size, menstrual conditions, lymph node metastasis (P>0.05).3. Chi-square test analysis showed significant differents between the expressionof hMAM and Ki-67in breast cancer tissue. Correlation coefficient result: r=0.244, P=0.002by the Spearman correlation analysis. The result showed positive correlationbetween the expression of hMAM and Ki-67in breast cancer tissue.Conclusion:1. The hMAM and Ki-67has detected to be high expressed in breast cancer. But there is no expression in the normal breast tissue. The hMAM and Ki-67expressmay related with the breast cancer development and may act as a judge biologicalbehaviour of breast cancer reference index.2. The expression of hMAM was related with the lymph node metastasis, tumordifferentiation, clinical stages and c-erbB2, but not related with the ages, menstrualconditions, tumor size, ER or PR conditions. The expression of Ki-67was related withthe tumor differentiation, clinical stages and c-erbB2, ER or PR conditions, but notrelated with the ages, menstrual conditions, tumor size, lymph node metastasis. Theexpression are closely related to the mammary gland metastasis, may be used to assistclinical diagnosis.3. hMAM and Ki-67were positive correlate in the breast cancer tissue, both ofthem may participate the process of breast cancer metastasis. United detection theexpression of hMAM and Ki-67in the breast cancer may helpful to evaluate theclinical stage of breast cancer, and guiding breast cancer immunotherapy research, andprovide the reference information to formulate rational treatment plan.
