Therefore, this research attempts to change measuringlearning strategy, compiling new screening scale more broad spectrum of psychiatric disordersthan GHQ-12.Methods: After3trial versions of clinical patients first try, new article33items SSDMquestionnaire, plus GHQ-12entries in the out-patient clinic has1554cases of all kinds of randomsurveys patients and208cases of normal person, total of1355cases of sample are effective.Multivariate statistical analysis of the SSMD and GHQ-12factor structure, entry differentiate,eliminate a few questions to determine after the delimitation of points, compared with two sets ofscale of the reliability and ROC curves, etc.Results:1. SSMD factor analysis found that there are20independent factors, explain80.323%of thetotal variance, of which18factors have symptoms scanning value, including two important factorsabout the intelligence and the personality barrier. Combine the clinical method and statistics as the demarcation methods on trial, find the normaland the distribution of the patient intersection and eliminate the normal person of the potential ofpatients, use ROC analysis to find the most reasonable boundary sensitivity specific value.5. SSMD’s sensitivity and specific degrees are higherthan the GHQ-12’s, and false negative rate of false positives are lower than that of the GHQ-12.The missed diagnosis is significantly lower than the GHQ-12.Conclusion:1. SSMD get far the most diagnostics factor with minimal subject; 2. SSMD internal consistency reliability as quite as GHQ-12, SSMD’s sensitivity, specific degreesare higher than GHQ-12; The rate of false positives and false negatives were lower than that of theGHQ-12.
