Functional gastrointestinal disorders(FGIDs)is a type of digestive system disease characterized by gastrointestinal symptoms,it was redefined as a intestinal-brain interaction based on the latest FGIDs Rome IV diagnostic criteria published in 2016.With the transformation of the holistic bio-psycho-social medical model and the continuous development of brain-gut axis research,we have realized that mental and psychological disorders play an important role in the pathogenesis of FGIDs in recent years. Objective:In this study, the reliability and validity test of the Somatic Self-rating Scale(SSS)were conducted to explore its clinical application value in the identification of mental disorders in FGIDs patients,so as to provide a quantitative tool for the scientific and effective evaluation of the mental state of FGIDs patients and provide a basis for the optimization of the patients'treatment effect. Methods:From January 2018 to January 2019,70 FGIDs patients who were admitted to the outpatient and inpatient department of gastroenterology,Hebei General Hospital were included in the study.Under the premise of informed consent, the patients'general demographic data and clinical data were collected. At the same time, the patients completed the assessment of the SSS scale,Patient Healthy Questionnaire-9(PHQ-9),Generalized Anxiety Disorder-7(GAD-7),Zung Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS),and Zung Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)under the guidance of prescribed instructions.Descriptive analysis was conducted on general data, and item analysis, internal consistency reliability,split-half reliability, structure validity and criterion validity were used to test the reliability and validity of SSS scale.Results:1.Reliability and validity test of the SSS scale:(1)Item analysis:the correlation coefficients between the scores of each item in the SSS scale and the total scores are 0.349~0.753,and the correlation coefficients between the scores of each factor and the total scores are0.739~0.866,both of which have statistical significances(P<0.01),indicating the good homogeneity between each item and the total scale.(2)Reliability:the Cronbach's?coefficients of internal consistency of the SSS scale and the each factor are 0.892,0.843,0.701,0.759 and 0.652;and the split-half reliability of the SSS scale and the each factor are0.888,0.841,0.645,0.783,0.652,the datas are indicating that the reliability of SSS scale is good.(3)Validity:(1)There are 20 items in the SSS scale, and the KMO(Kaiser-meyer-olkin)value is 0.778,and the Bartlett spherical test?~2 value is 580.843,which is suitable for factor analysis.(2)Confirmatory factor analysis(CFA):the fitting index of structural equation modeling(SEM):Chi-square=102.256(P<0.001),?~2/df=1.440,TLI=0.927,CFI=0.845,GFI=0.912,NFI=0.763,NFI=0.640,RMSEA=0.080,suggesting that the model fits.(3)Criterion validity:using the PHQ-9,GAD-7,SDS,SAS scale as standard, the correlation coefficients between the SSS scale scores and the criterion scale scores are 0.444~0.607,and the correlation coefficients between the anxiety symptom factor scores and the GAD-7,SAS scale scores are 0.611 and0.608,the correlation coefficients between the depressive symptom factor scores and the PHQ-9,SDS scale scores are 0.741 and 0.622,which are statistically significant(P<0.001).2.In this study, the total scores of the SSS scale of FGIDs patients are(40.70±9.90),and there are no significant differences between different gender, age, education level and place of residence in the SSS scale scores of FGIDs patients(P>0.05).Conclusion:the SSS scale has good reliability and validity in the application of FGIDs,which can be applied to the screening of adult FGIDs patients with mental disorders under the background of Chinese culture.
