People often felt numb or edema on the lower limbs led because of the poor blood circulation due to siting or standing too long time. Pilots especially fight pilots had to maintain a fixed position for a long time, so the scope of legs’activities was limited, easily causing the poor blood circulation of legs. By the literature searching, we have found that intermediate frequency electric could promote local blood circulation significantly.Part one: The effects of an intermediate-frequency stimulation of low intensity in lumbar sympathetic ganglion on distal skin blood stream in the lower extremity with healthy males. Objective: To explore an effective way of improving the poor blood circulation in the lower limbs for a long time sitting, reducting the bothering of the body’s. Methods: 39 healthy men were randomly divided into three groups, such as the Modulated medium frequency current therapy(MMFC) group, the interferential current (IFC) therapy group and the control group. Before the experiment, put the probe of the LDF and the heat probe in his right ankle by the double rubber above 2cm inside. Then placed the medium frequency electric electrode on the waist sympathetic (T10-L2) , the control group without the current output. The ECG electrodes were to put on the body in the limb lead way. The current power was the just felt, and last for twenty minutes. After calming down for 15 minutes, the experimentee being monitored was to be tried in a fixed position for the 35 minutes and each other five minutes were adopted. Results and Conclusions: In time level, there was significant difference about the indexs which were the skin surface temperature, Skin blood flow and LF (p< 0.05), however about the indexs which were HF、LF/HF (p>0.05) .The modulated medium frequency group and the control group also have’t the remarkably distinction(p> 0.05). This means that sat more time , the skin blood flow of the lower extremity was dwindling, the tempreture of lower extremity was also reduced, sympathetic excitability was raised ;however, the vagal excitability had no significant changes ,neither the balance between the vagal excitability and sympathetic excitability. The MMFC group and the IFC group and the control group have’t the remarkably distinction(p> 0.05). .The conclusion that medium frequency electric stimulated ganglion sympatheticum improving the blood circulation of limbs need further confirmed.Part two: The effects of the modulated medium frequency current therapy(MMFC) stimulation on the bilateral guinal vascular plexus on the skin blood stream in the lower proximaty with healthy malesObjective: To explore an effective method to improve the therapeutic result of the sedentary who awalys has a poor blood circulation in lower limbs, and to make people feel more comfortable. Methods: 32 healthy men were randomly divided into two groups, modulated medium frequency group and the control group, respectively. Before the test,we put the LDF probe and the thermal probe fixed on the subject at 5cm above the right knee medial,Put the modulated medium frequency electrodes on bilateral guinal vascular plexus. The control group also were placed modulated medium frequency electrode, but with no current output; The ECG electrodes were to put on the body in the limb lead way. Current perception was above the Sensory Thresholds, and the time of stimulation was 20 minutes. After the resting of 15 minutes, make the subjects maintain relaxed lying position and continuous monitoring the result for 30 minutes, the result was extracted every 5 minutes. Results and Conclusions:In time level, there was no significant difference about the indexs which were the skin surface temperature, Skin blood flow and LF、HF、LF/HF(p> 0.05). The modulated medium frequency group and the control group also have’t the remarkably distinction(p> 0.05). Therefore, stimulation on the lumbar sympathetic ganglia which use the modulated medium frequency can’t promote the blood circulation in lower limbs. The result need further confirmed,or we can take other means to improve the poor blood circulation in lower limbs.
