Clinical And Trial Study On The Treatment Of Osteoarthritis Of The Knee With Arthroscopic Debridement And Granules Of Danzi Kangxi

Objective:This Subject is designed to observe the clinical efficacy of Osteoarthritis of the Knee with Arthroscopic debridement and Granules of Danzi kangxi, investigating the mechanism of the effect, revealing therapeutic mechanism of the treatment,to provide a safe and more effective treatment for Osteoarthritis of the Knee.Method:The 40 cases of KOA patients who met inclusion criteria of knee osteoarthritis Observed in this study are be in the Joint Division of Second Affiliated Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine University. They were randomly assigned into two treatment groups. The 20 patients in treatment group are treat with Arthroscopic debridement and Granules of Danzi kangxi of 2-weeks,The 20 patients in control group are treated with Arthroscopic debridement and ibuprofen of 2-weeks. Lysholm knee function score by, respectively, before surgery and 2 months after surgery were assessed knee function compared.Make High frequency (10 MHz) ultrasound before surgery, respectively, for patients 2 months after surgery of the knee joint effusion suprapatellar bursa, synovial thickness, the thickness of the femoral condyle cartilage were detected three echocardiography. evaluate the clinical efficacy and medication adverse reactions.Result:The Arthroscopic debridement and Granules of Danzi kangxi group make a total effective rate of 85%, The Arthroscopic debridement Gabriel ibuprofen group make a total effective rate of 73.68%.Overall clinical efficacy of the treatment group better than the control group (P <0.05), treatment group and control group in the Lysholm knee score before and after treatment comparison bothP＜0.05,statistically significant. And in the limp, support, pain, swelling, stairclimbing, squatting symptom improvement in treatment group better than the control group (P<0.05), the instability scores before and after treatment P> 0.05, no statistical significance. The treatment group and control group before and after treatment suprapatellar bursa effusion, synovial thickness comparison of echocardiography have significantly (P<0.05), and the treatment group better than the control group (P<0.05). The before and after treatment of femoral condyle cartilage thickness index compared P <0.05, statistically significant,the control group before and after treatment of femoral condyle cartilage thickness index compared P> 0.05, no statistical significance. The entire treatment process treatment group does not appear adverse events, patient breathing, heart rate, pulse, blood pressure, no significant changes in indicators of the laboratory tests were normal. The control group, four patients had gastrointestinal tract, skin rash reaction, including one patient due to severe gastrointestinal side effects and exit off the tests,others improved after treatment.Conclusion:Arthroscopic debridement with Granules of Danzi kangxi can improve the health of knee osteoarthritis in patients with claudication, support, instability, pain, swelling, stair climbing, squatting symptoms. Arthroscopic debridement with Granules of Danzi kangxi can significantly improve the health of knee osteoarthritis in the suprapatellar bursa effusion and synovial thickness. Granules of Danzi kangxi for the human body without obvious side effects and safety. Arthroscopic debridement and Granules of Danzi kangxi treatment for osteoarthritis of the knee is a good way with effective safety.
