Hypsizygus marmoreus belongs to Basidiomycetes subphylum, Hymenomycetes, Agaricales, Tricholomataceae, Hypsizigus. H.marmoreus tasted delicious and;nutrient-rich, is a high-quality edible fungi. H.marmoreus is favored by the market, the demand and the area under cultivation have increased year by year, and has broad development prospects. But China’s actual cultivation varieties were scarce and not conducive to the continued development of the mushroom industry. Therefore, this study used low-energy nitrogen ion beam to induce H.marmoreus strains and the biological effects after mutagenesis were investigated. Meanwhile, a comparative study of the yield and nutritional value of the mushroom strains were also made. And thus provide a scientific basis for the breeding work of new quality varieties of H.marmoreus.The main results were as follows:1. Using L9(34) orthogonal design method to screen out the optimal stock culture medium of H.marmoreus:glucose25g/L+peptone3g/L+KH2PO42g/L+VB15mg/L+potato200g/L+agar20g/L.2. By different doses of nitrogen ion beam injection we can found that, with gradually increase of ion implantation dose, the strains survival rate was first decreased rapidly then improve slowly and finally decreased again which was similar with a "saddle type" curve. The mutant strain X-004which induced at the implantation dose15Kev,240×1013N+/cm2, was the fastest-growing strain, reached3.349mm/d.3.By comparing the fruiting body yield of the strains we could see, the yield of X-004was139.22g, biological efficiency of55.69%. The mutant strain fruiting body yield significantly increased than the original strain; By comparing the statistical analysis results of nutrients of various strains, mutant strain X-004which had the optimal comprehensive nutritional value was screened out, the protein content was35.41%, crude fiber was23.29%, were significant higher than the content in the original strain; Analysis for ergosterol content of the strains performed by reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography(RP-HPLC) demonstrated X-004which pileus ergosterol content was4.228mg/g,1.690mg/g of stipe, was significant higher than the content in the original strain.4. Inoculated the high-quality mutant strain X-004into the rape straw cultivation.compound, the mycelium sackful time average decreased4days compared to cotton seed hulls cultivation material, while the highest output-input ratio was up to6.91.
