Broccoli (Brassica oleracea Var Italica) which is a green plant vernalization in developmentalprocess.The feeling parts of the broccoli is the growing point when vernalization. We needs certainnutritional foundation when through the vernalization process, so that the plant have the enormousinfluence on the vernalization when seedling period. The experiments took medmaturity broccolihybrid named “Yuanlv701” as the objects in the research.We studied the acceptable of shape andphysiology of broccoli and reasearched the effects which included different light intensitytreements,different growth stages treatments,and different concentration of ccc treatments onbroccoli venalization.We determine the external morphology and internal physiological indexes inorder to verify that the green vegetation and plants period jarovization relationship and learn therelationship to Physiologybase of vernalization acceptable.The results show that:1.In the CCC spraying experiment,we spraying T1(2000mg/l)、 T2(3000mg/l)、T3(4000mg/l)when the plants grow to3piece of leaf,and vernalization when the5、6true leaf. Theresults for determinating of physiological index in the process of vernalization show that: the plantvegetative growth state of the reduce of salience have changed after spraied the CCC,stem diameterincreased significantiy.Increasing the content of the soluble sugar,soluble starch,the totalsugar,reducing the soluble protein,total nitrogen,reducing the activity of nitrate reductase andinvertase,improving the glutamine synthetase activity.Low levels of invertase,nitrate reductase andglutamine synthetase activity is beneficial to complete vernalization. The completing time of theCCC spraying seedlings ahead of the CK.2.In the shading experiment,we shading the seedling when two leaf points in8*8block andstable growth.The test set three kinds of light conditions:100%:(39230lux)、35%(13512lux)、10%(3810lux)(Z1、Z2、Z3),when the6、7true leaf vernalization.The shading seedling moderategrowth,the stem’s diameter seriously decreases and the leaf’s color is light. The completing time ofthe shading seedlings delay of the CK, the Z2.It was haven’t complete the vernalization process at6leaf especially.The shading reducing the soluble protein,total nitrogen,reducing the activity ofglutamine synthetase activity and the nitrate reductase,improving the invertase activity. The contentof carbon and nitrogen material in the Z2was less than Z1.3.In the experiment of various nutrition area. We put the seedling in three kinds of specifications of hole plate,30、50、72holes and normal production of seedlings with8*8block(T1、T2、T3、CK).As green plants caused by different carbon nutrition area.And vernalizationwhen the7、6true leaf.The results show that the more smaller of the carbon nutrition the morerestriction of broccoli growth.The vegetation is relatively weak,this weak directiy embodied in theplant.plant height,stem diameter,leaf area and a series of measures.That carbon nutrition area of theplant with the size of the accumulation of nutrients in the body has a direct relationship. The timeof the vernalization longer than CK.Even in the same processing didn’t feel cold during thevernalization process. The small area of the carbon nutrition increased the soluble sugar, solubleprotein and total suger,reduce the content of soluble protein,total nitrogen.Reducing the activity ofthe nitrate reductase and invertase activity,improving the glutamine synthetase activity.4.The effect of GA3、IAA and ZT on the CCC spraying.In the experiment of spraying,thecontent of hormone was higher than CK.The plants’ hormonse which spraying CCC haven’t be intothe box was higher than The CK.The GA3and IAA has into a downward trend when be in the lowtemperature.And the ZT instead. We can say that the cell was split acceleratly when enter thecritical stage of plant flower bud differentiation.
