| Broccoli (Brassica oleracea Var Italica) which is a green plant vernalization in developmentalprocess, can't gain production organ of floweball with the inducement of low temperature, until theplant grows big enough. But it isn't clear that what was the vernalization reaction mechanism ofgreen vernalization plant at the present time.The experiments took prematurity broccoli hybridname "Qingfeng 103" and medmaturity broccoli hybrid name "Lvxiu" as the objects in theresearch. We studied the acceptable of shape and physiology of broccoli and reaearched the effectswhich included different light intensity treatments,different soil moisture treatments,differentvarious nitrogen treatments on broccoli venalization.With these treatments,experiments discussedthe change rule of metabolism of carron nitrogen and nucleic acid before or after green plantvernalization in order to learn the relationship to physiology base of vernalization acceptable.Thisresearch would provide base theory for vernalization and plant floral. The results show that:Only with a certain growing status can broccoli accept the inducement of lowtemperature.Research on broccoli which grown in natural surroundings showed that: prematuritybroccoli hybrid name "Qingfeng 103" with "5 leaves and stem diameter 3.72±0.05mm" andmedmaturity broccoli hybrid name "Lvxiu" with "8 leaves and stem diameter 6.21±0.08mm" canfinish vernalize.During vernalization, soluble sugar, reducing sugar, sucrose, soluble protein, free amino acid,nucleic acid, DNA and RNA content increased, starch, total nitrogen content decreased. Whensoluble sugar, reducing sugar, sucrose, soluble protein,free amino acid,nucleic acid,DNA and RNAcontent increased sharply and starch,total nitrogen content decreased sharply,we called it as thechange of nutrition growth to reproduction growth. The ratio of total sugar to total nitrogen, sucrosecontent to free amino acid and RNA to DNA showed the same change as soluble sugar.but the ratioof soluble sugar to soluble protein decrease in the head of vernalization and then increase in themiddle of vernalization.The time of the ratio of soluble sugar to soluble protein increase ahead ofthe time of the vernalization finished.And the ratio of soluble sugar to soluble protein in broccoliwhich cannot acceptable vernalization decreased all the same.Broccoli which grown in difference environment had different physiology stage, and this is thereason of induce time difference. Broccoli grown in shading finished vernalization late, whilegrown in low soil moisture finished vernalization earily. Broccoli grown in nitrogen treatments is the same as shading treatments.Whether broccoli can finished vernalization was decided by plant-acceptable,and therelationship of metabolism of carton, nitrogen and nucleic acid to vernalization was close.Withhigh level of sugar, reducing sugar, sucrose,soluble protein,free amino acid,nucleic acid and C/N,RNA/DNA was better to vernalization. Experiments which Broccoli grown in differentenvironment prove the plant-acceptable. |
