The UV-B radiation on the ground is increasing by the concentration of ozone in theatmosphere decreased. It reaults the farm ecosystem serious damaged. A wide range of peopleconcerned about this experiment, using soybean Dongnong for the test materials. Researching theeffect of UV-B protective agents, such as rare earth on yield and quality of soybean under naturalillumination and elevated UV-B radiation by pot experiment. The study aims at discovering a newmethod for UV-B injured, and provided scientific basic for high yielding, fine quality and highlyresistant of soybean under elevated UV-B radiation. The major findings of this experiment are as follows:Spraying RE can improve the quality and yield of soybean. Naural illumination conditions, using soybean Dongnong-42for the test materials, spraying150mg·L-1CeCl3in bloom stage, usingsoybean Dongnong-47for the test materials, spraying30mg·L-1LaCl3in seeding stage, the totalcontent of grain protein and oil was highest.Naural illumination conditions, using soybean Dongnong-42for the test materials, spraying60mg·L-1LaCl3in bloom stage, using soybean Dongnong-47for the test materials, spraying60mg·L-1CeCl3in seedling stage, the yield was highest.Elevated UV-B radiation conditions, spraying RE can improve the quality and yield ofsoybean, using soybean Dongnong-42for the test materials, spraying90mg·L-1CeCl3in bloomstage, using soybean Dongnong-47for the test materials, spraying120mg·L-1LaCl3in seedingstage, the total content of grain protein and oil was highest.Elevated UV-B radiation conditions, using soybean Dongnong-42for the test materials,spraying90mg·L-1CeCl3in bloom stage, using soybean Dongnong-47for the test materials,spraying120mg·L-1CeCl3in seeding stage, the yield washighest.
