In recent years,rare earth is widely used in agriculture,industry,animal husbandry,medical and other fields.Studies have shown that the appropriate concentration of lanthanum or cerium can promote seed germination,increase seedling emergence rate,enhance photosynthesis,and promote nutrient uptake and utilization of crops,but the mechanism of rare earth on plant regulation is not clear.The experiment was conducted by hydroponics with high protein soybean Dongnong 42,high fat soybean Dongnong 47 and intermediate soybean Dongnong 52 as materials.Spraying 30,60 mg·L-1 Ce Cl3 solution and 100,150 mg·L-1 La Cl3 solution on the leaves surface in seedling stage.The effects of different types and concentrations of rare earth on the physiological indexes of soybean leaves were studied.In addition,leaves of Dongnong 42 and Dongnong 47 treated with30 mg·L-1 Ce Cl3 and 100 mg·L-1 La Cl3 were used as materials,used Tandem Mass Tag to quantitative proteomic analysis.To explore the difference protein expression levels in soybean leaves under rare earth treatment,in order to reveal the effect of rare earth on the corresponding metabolic processes of soybean leaves.The aim is to lay the foundation for further rational and efficient use of rare earth.The results are as follows:(1)Rare earth lanthanum and cerium significantly increased the plant height and leaves soluble sugar content of the soybean.Under the treatment of 100 mg·L-1 La Cl3,the plant height and soluble sugar content of the Dongnong 42 and Dongnong 47 peaked.The plant height and soluble sugar content of Dongnong 42 increased 10.91%,11.43% than CK,respectively.Dongnong47 increased by 31.78%,7.95% compared with CK.Dongnong 52 plant height was better at 30mg·L-1 Ce Cl3 increased 36.36% than CK;soluble sugar at 100 mg·L-1 La Cl3 was best increased9.63%.(2)Rare earth lanthanum and cerium significantly increase the soluble protein content of leaves.The soluble protein contents of Dongnong 42 and Dongnong 52 were the highest under the treatment of 60 mg·L-1 Ce Cl3,increased 16.43%,6.79% compared with CK.Dongnong 47 increased by 13.79% compared with CK under the treatment of 150mg·L-1 La Cl3.(3)Rare earth lanthanum and cerium significantly increase the nitrate reductase activity of soybean leaves.Dongnong 42,Dongnong 47 and Dongnong 52 all reached the peak under the treatment of 100 mg·L-1 La Cl3,which was increased 13.69%,14.60%,12.21% compared with CK.(4)Rare earth lanthanum and cerium significantly increase the photosynthetic pigment content of the leaves.The highest content of chlorophyll a(Chla),chlorophyll b(Chlb)and Carotenoid were observed in Dongnong 42 treated with 100 mg·L-1 La Cl3,increased 39.67%,39.44%,32.95% compared with CK.Dongnong 47 was best treated with 30 mg·L-1 Ce Cl3.The contents of Chla,Chlb and Carotenoid were increased 24.97%,26.23% and 35.41% compared with CK.Dongnong 52 was best treated with 100 mg·L-1 La Cl3.The contents of Chla,Chlb and Carotenoid were increased 16.88%?15.32%?31.50% compared with CK.(5)Leaves differential expressed protein analysis under rare earth treatment.A total of 127 differential proteins were detected in Dongnong 42 under the treatment of 30 mg·L-1 Ce Cl3,of which 64 were up-regulated and 63 were down-regulated;136 differential expressed proteins were detected under the treatment of 100 mg·L-1 La Cl3,of which 60 were up-regulated and 76 were down-regulated;174 differential expressed proteins were detected under the contrast treatment with 30 mg·L-1 Ce Cl3 and 100 mg·L-1 La Cl3,of which 58 were up-regulated and 116 were down-regulated.In Dongnong 47,107 differential expressed proteins were detected in the 30mg·L-1 Ce Cl3 treatment,of which 43 were up-regulated and 64 were down-regulated;146differential expressed proteins were detected under the treatment of 100 mg·L-1 La Cl3,of which 85 were up-regulated and 61 were down-regulated;187 differential expressed proteins were detected under the contrast treatment with 30 mg·L-1 Ce Cl3 and 100 mg·L-1 La Cl3,of which 116 were up-regulated and 71 were down-regulated.Under the treatment of 30 mg·L-1 Ce Cl3,a total of 177 differential expressed proteins were identified by comparing Dongnong 42 with Dongnong 47,of which 59 were up-regulated and 118 were down-regulated.Under the treatment of 100 mg·L-1 La Cl3,a total of 603 differential expressed proteins were identified by comparing Dongnong 42 with Dongnong 47,of which 340 were up-regulated and 263 were down-regulated.The GO function annotation analysis was performed on all the identified proteins,and the results showed that they were most enriched in the three components of cell components,molecular functions and biological processes.KEGG path analysis showed that the differential expressed proteins were mainly involved in photosynthesis,fatty acid metabolism,glucose metabolism,amino acid metabolism,reactive oxygen balance and so on.
