Eucalyptus belongs to the family of Myrtaceae, is an excellent variety of cost-effective economic tree species.The main ingredients in the Eucalyptus leaves organic extracts are aromatic essential oils from eucalyptus oil gland cells secrete and eucalyptus synthesis of triglycerides.Eucalyptus oils is the largest number of all kinds of natural essential oil extracted from the leaves class in the world and also is one of the important export spices in China, and eucalyptus oil occupies a very important position in the international aromatic oil market.As people constantly improve the demand for natural flavor, international demand for eucalyptus oil is becoming more and more big, so need to strengthen the development of eucalyptus leaf extract and basic research. Eucalyptus also contains certain triglycerides and the variety of fatty acid,and fatty acid with important physiological functions.This study use the main planting of eucalyptus tree species in south guangdong zhanjiang seedlings base as the research objects, studying the extraction of eucalyptus oil, fat acid composition analysis and antibacterial activity of antioxidant eucalyptus oil research, systematic research and the eucalyptus oil fatty acid was analyzed resource distribution. The main research contents and results were as follows:Eucalyptus urophylla x E. Grandis as research material,and the extraction from Eucalyptus urophylla x E. Grandis leaves with Soxhlet and Ultrasonic methods, and analyze the fatty acid composition in the eucalyptus oil. Result shows that two kinds of eucalyptus oil extraction completely consistent, its fatty acid composition were myristic acid, palmitic acid, stearic acid, arachidic acid, linoleic acid, alpha linolenic acid, and the main content is alpha linolenic acid> palmitic acid> linoleic acid.2.Eucalyptus. urophylla xE. Camaldulensis wc3as research material,selected eucalyptus oil extraction from many trails and the best extraction was acetone as solvent, material particle size0.075-0.150mm、solid-liquid ratio1:15(g:ml)、immersion time8h and extraction time1.5h.And the yield of eucalyptus oil is over10%.3.The research results show that the GC-MS chromatographic conditions on the fatty acid analysis detection effect is remarkable. Selected the optimal chromatographic conditions of GC-MS conditions for:initial temperature80℃, the retention time of1.1min for the first time, the heating rate is17℃/min, middle temperature240℃, and the retention time of0.7min for the second time, the second heating rate of1℃/min, the temperature of253℃, the retention time for4min.4.The extraction from different Eucalyptus species and different ages of stand,different part with Ultrasonic methods,and the result shows that:eucalyptus oil fatty acid compositions and content in different eucalyptus species are obvious differences.The content of old leaves from the older age and under tree body is more than the tiny leaves from the young age and top body. Analysis fatty acid composition by GC-MS,the results are that the relative content of unsaturated fatty acid, linoleic acid and linolenic acid are48.17%on average,and the largest of all species are E.urophylla×E. Grandis and G9,up to67.85%;the relative content of saturated fatty acid (palmitic acid) is27.19%on average,and the largest one is E.urophylla×E. Grandis ec95,up to34.28%;According to the standard analysis,the largest content of linoleic acid and linolenic acid in lOg is E.urophylla×E. Grandis ec95,the content is up to74.71mg,and the palmitic acid is59.53mg,the stearic acid is6.33mg. Overall,the content of fatty acid in the eucalyptus is rich.5.Test antimicrobial to the agrobacterium, escherichia coli,staphylococcus aureus with different eucalyptus species, different concentrations of crude extraction,the results show that different eucalyptus species and concentration of the extract to different bacteria inhibition is absolutely difference, including eucalyptus species (or strain) is the main influence factors, followed by concentration, again is a strain. Different eucalyptus species of eucalyptus in size of the bacteriostatic activity of the coarse extract of wc3<sw48<ec95<sh48<ec90<ec85; Giant eucalyptus with the increase of concentration, and the bacteriostatic effect of eucalyptus leaf extract was significantly enhanced; E.pellita,E.grandisxE.urophylla extract has antibacterial effect on staphylococcus aureus, and antibacterial effect to escherichia coli is weak, t no bacteriostasis the agrobacterium.5Caculate the removal ratio to DPPH-of different crude extraction from eucalyptus to evaluate the antioxidant activity, the results found that the percent of crude extraction from eucalyptus has strong antioxidant capacity. Sources of crude extraction from different eucalyptus characterized the antioxidant capacity of E.saligna, E. pellita, E. grandis×E. urophylla and G9has strong antioxidant activity and the removal ratio to DPPH-almost up to100%, Eucalyptus urophylla×E. Grandis EC90, EC85,the top of3-year Eucalyptus urophylla×E. Grandis and E.camaldulensis3/11,5/11, LeiLin11eucalyptus, SW48, SH48, T54is followed, also can reach more than95%,3229, EC95, WC3, inflorescence eucalyptus, middle of1-year E.urophylla x E. Grandis,middle of3-year and2-year E.urophylla x E. Grandis are worst,also at90%.
